Babe as someone who has become disabled through having a chronic condition, I can’t stay how much we need this kind of conversation. I’m so sorry you’re suffering and I’m not giving you pity, I’m acknowledging what’s happening to you and saying I wish I could change things for you. You’re incredible - you’re not being negative by acknowledging your pain, but you can not dismiss your pain either. I’m so proud of you and honestly this is incredible for me to see because this is exactly what I go through with my M.E, and I may not know exactly what you go through everyday but I can imagine. I’m so proud of you love you loads Imo xxxxx

Thank you for sharing this!!! Makes me feel so much less alone, especially with the current sky high anxiety levels!!! Between my chronic illnesses, and high risk for both myself and my mum due to her cancer and chronic illnesses things are stressful, especially as her cancer treatments are having to be put on hold for 18 weeks due to them having to prioritise coronavirus patients at our hospitals, life feels SO terrifying, but this was a much needed reminder to take control of what we can in a day, do small things, anything that makes us happy and just keep going! Thank you, and please never ever apologise for anything!!!! You are helping sooooo many people with these videos xxxxx

This is new to me as I usually don’t comment. I have suffered with severe anxiety in the past and depression which I do still battle with sometimes. I was always told because of this I’d never achieve what I wanted to do. I couldn’t get out of the house I was so scared to fail or what could go wrong. I’m now a mental health support worker and I wanted to offer some advice (please don’t feel I’m interfering angel). Talk about your anxiety’s talk about what worry’s you why it worries you and try talk it out think about what’s the worst thing that could happen and how you can concur it. The more you believe in yourself and your own coping mechanisms the better it will get. I used to not be able to talk to new people not be able to get out of the house to go to college I used to be afraid of the world and what it could do, but by flipping my opinion on the world it all changed. I now think about what the world holds for me because those fears are always there and I used to think no one else feels this way and I’m being so stupid but I guarantee people do and I guarantee what you feel is valid. So any angels struggling with anxiety and depression please talk it out learn your own strengths and your own weaknesses and you’ll be amazed how much you can talk over and crack those fears open. You are amazing angels and you have this always if I can do it all of you guys can whatever that is, if it’s the smallest thing like brushing your hair or having a shower that’s something and you have got this surround yourself with the best people and I hope all of you angels can be the best that you can be whatever that is because nothing is un achievable. I wanted to remind you all that you are loved beautiful and worthy and you can do this we got this ✨✨

Hi Imogen! I’m from Italy, near Milan. I just wanted to say to try to stay positive! I don’t know how it feels to have such a pain but by seeing such videos it really makes me sad to see you like this,! Stay positive! Living in Italy, we are having a really bad situation with the virus. The news really affected my mental health, I have anxiety really often....therefore I advice you not to look at the news, that’s what I’m doing! I’m even taking a break from some social media. This is so helpful to watch, for the past week I’ve had chronic stomach issues, my anxiety is threw the roof, I’ve had panic attacks, insomnia and just a good old cry, there’s night where I feel like I’m the only person on the earth ( which I know I’m not) but I feel so lonely, I’m worried about what’s going on outside and I have no control over any of it and it’s so upsetting to see, I’m now house bound I won’t even go get essentials because I’m too scared, I know one day this will all be better but right now I can’t see out the dark. Most of my Anxiety is all illness related so that also doesn’t help. I’m also suffering with IBS so I feel like it’s a vicious circle this time. You completely don’t need to think that it’s wrong to feel like that, I know I spend everyday beating myself up about this and how much of a failure I am because I struggle to do things. Be proud of what you have achieved even if it’s just as simple as getting out of bed or getting dressed. Sending lots of love 💕💕

Ahh honestly thanks so much for sharing this. I have a chronic illness too (mines different from yours, mine affects the joints in my body and caused pain, dislocations etc) and it can be so daunting. Seeing this video really helped me as this isolation can feel very lonely especially when you’re just alone with your illness and it’s all you can think about. Anxiety flares mine up too so things are difficult at the moment, but I totally get how you felt when you were proud of doing your brushes. Small victories mean a lot when you’re sick. Thank you so much for sharing this it’s really made me feel like I’m not alone. You’re so brave I love u xxxx

So horrible to know you’re suffering. Thank you for always being so open and always striving to be so positive even when you do not want to get of bed - that proves your unbelievable strength. You do not need to apologise for going through hard times- you don’t need to compare your situation to anybody else because we all have our own unique battles and that is completely okay. YOUR FEELINGS ARE VALID; “Saying someone can't be sad because someone else may have it worse is like saying someone can't be happy because someone else may have it better” you and Spencer are incredible, stay safe and hope your stomach eases! I know how hard it is with everything going on right now, it’s so easy to become overwhelmed but you need to put your mental health first and try your best not to look at any negative media outlets or anything relating to the situation right now if that is going to make you ill. Do what you love and talk to your friends and family, you can get through this and you always do❤️

I'm literally 4 minutes into the video and can relate so much. I have multiple chronic conditions and I have depression and anxiety. I have to keep going because I have two young children but I've been struggling with pain and sleep so much recently because of my anxiety affecting my chronic conditions. Your outlook on life is amazing 🥰 you are an inspiration.

I'm so sorry you are feeling like this but I so appreciate your positivity. I have a chronic illness and an auto immune disease and unfortunately am still at work due to being a key worker in the food industry. I also live alone, so splitting my week WFH and in the office due to the current issues is really hard. I really treasure being in the office with my colleagues because I get so lonely being isolated alone. We can all get through this. Keep safe xx

Hi hun. I've just come across your channel. You are me! The last few days I've been in and out of hospital as I have terrible constipation and IBS. My a anxiety has been awful lately and I've been crying in pain the last few days. I ended up calling 999 last night as the pain was out of this world. I was screaming at 3am. Exactly what you are saying is exactly how I'm feeling. At the hospital today I was petrified about this virus. The doctor said you do realise your at risk!! Which helped!! I started to cry and then he said make sure you wash your hands! I've not left the house in 2 weeks and today I had to go to a&e and have paramedics in my house. I have a husband and 2 year old boy. So now I'm so scared of giving them anything. I hope not. I'm so glad I found this video. I've taken medication now and the pain is subsiding. I've not slept since Tuesday at 4am. So I hope when the pain soothes I can catch up on sleep. Stay strong hun xx

I have chronic pancreatitis & sphincter of oddi dysfunction so the past 5yrs of my life have been inside 4 walls. I'm lucky to get out once or twice a month. Taking medication isn't defeatist it's a necessity, without morphine and fentanyl I would live in the hospital even with it im still in agony and spend alot of the day rocking in pain, it just about takes the edge off enough that instead of rolling around in bed with my heat pad I can move to the sofa and be with my family downstairs which I'm forever thankful for. If you are in pain take your medication, no one deserves to live in pain. I hope your pain has eased and you're feeling a little better today x 😘

This video is so important thank you for sharing this, I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia and awaiting an MRI on the 30th to check for MS. I am constantly in chronic pain but the anxiety, stress and also the isolation is making me so ill and causing flare ups. I have been nearly bed bound this whole time and it’s so difficult because stress etc triggers the symptoms. I’m so sorry your going through this and here if you need to talk. I have been trying to do small things per day but some days I can’t achieve anything and it makes me so low and useless and I don’t know how to get through this isolation with feeling down and a stupid chronic illness x

You're one of my biggest inspirations and I genuinely love how you're always being so honest, cause it makes me realise that my conditions aren't even half as bad and that I just have to stay positive
