I bought a coat 40 years ago, wool and cashmere, I saw it in a large store, I fell in love with it the first time I saw it, but it was over £600. I went into the store every week in my lunch break to check if it was still there, one week in the sale it was half price, but at £320 that was still expensive. Anyhow about a month later they reduced everything by 10%, I went for it, I'm still wearing it nearly 40 years later and it's been worn often, it still looks good and I still love it.
Wish I could find a man of the same ilk.
I was surprised that you didn’t mention a long wool coat. I purchased a long coat a couple of years ago and did not pay a lot for it; however, the fabric pills bad ☹️.
What a fantastic story! I'm so pleased for you, a good quality, classic coat will last you a lifetime if looked after and your wonderful story proves that. As for a man as long lasting and reliable, that's just a myth! 😂 i wish you and your coat many more happy years together ❤
Wow that coat was a great buy.
I'm 62. Even as a very young woman, I believed in quality over quantity. I now have beautiful pieces in my closet that are over 40 years old. I cherish them, wear them and love them. you spend less over time when you spend more on good quality up front.
Me too, I’m in your club. My oldest is a cream wool coat bought in 1978 in London and blouse bought on the same day!
Love this. I try to do this I'm almost 25 and have pieces from my early teenage years. My goal when I shop is to build a wardrobe I'll Love forever 😊
You're still a young woman!
A good incentive to stay in shape too
Im 56 years old! I have been watching your videos for a couple of years. I love your style you are a very classy woman. You have taught me to minimize and go for those high quality and classic pieces. I thrift a lot and have been lucky to find some high quality classic pieces on a small budget. I am a teacher and a single mom with a daughter in college so I don't have a lot of money. I get a lot of compliments on the clothes I wear. Thank you and keep inspiring me.
I'm sure you look fabulous!
@@infoodwetrust Thank you!
Some of the best dressed people I know are on very limited budgets... One of the common links I've seen is that they are very thoughtful dressers with great attention to detail, they often mix one more expensive item (often sourced second hand) with really cheap under $10 items. It's very intentional dressing with no room for error or splurging.
I once purchased a beautiful wallet from a brand name. It was about 150$ on sale at the time, which I found quite expensive, but it was extremely beautiful. I later realized that it was the best buy ever, because everytime I looked at it, usually several times per day, whenever I bought something, it made me very very happy.
I have learned that the hard way. The ones I have start peeling after a while and I hate replacing them.
My wife told me cheap things are expensive. Great line.
Exactly, because it is a waste of money!
"Buy the best and only cry once" by interior designer Miles Redd.
good one cassie b.
here's another i heard:
"the poor person has to go first class"
@@shevalazaros4427 Is your quote more on a negative connotation? It seems the opposite of the first comment. Like buying more than you can afford and staying broke?
This is a good quote
Quality may be more upfront, but less of an issue
@@ErikaBardere when you have to buy something, buy the best. especially if you have limited means. that's what "the poor person has to go first class" means.
another expression is "don't throw good money after bad". i hope this helps.
One of my grandmother's favourite expressions: "I'm not rich. I can't afford to buy cheap things."
Two items you didn’t mention are a quality iron and ironing board. A huge part of looking good is taking care of your clothes and ironing. Even less expensive clothes look good if they are ironed properly.
Yes! Also helpful: a steamer and de-pilling tool. I have given so many knits a second life. Plus it's super calming. RrRrrrRrRrr
Instead of a bulky iron and board.Just use a cheap but very good vaporizer. It can be used on the hanger or over a chair.
Steamer rather than iron and second having a depilling tool and a basic knowledge of how to deal with different stains. Combine that with a good tailor (that understands fabrics) and a trusted dry cleaner and you're set!
And good hangers that will not stress the fabric
cap4life1 Sometimes you need to repress creases into tour clothes.
Audrey, you are a beautiful role model of someone living intentionally, purposefully and consciously.
My mom came from "poor" family. Her mother told her it doesn't matter what you're wearing as long as you have good shoes on...so invest your money there. She has lived that so we have always had very well made higher price shoes no matter what the rest of our clothes cost.
Exactly. Good shoes will save you from a lot of pain.
Living in Italy, as I do, means you can spoil yourself on wonderful wonderful handmade leather soled shoes /boots. Quality is more important than Value.(Also the skincare options here are the best!)
Thomas I would love to know where in Italy to go to have handmade shoes...
@@evelyntan5588 GOOGLE: MARCHE REGION /SHOE MAKER. [MARCHE REGION IS A HUB OF SUCH]
I was lucky to thrift several pairs of italian made shoes, they are used but worth it, i also bought an italina hand crafted handbag
Because I started traveling fifty years ago when in my early twenties, my eyes were opened to different cultures and possibilities to living life. At 32 I decided to live a simpler life on an island, a warm island after coming from the Midwest. Never regretting that decision, I still am awed daily by the beauty of the land, sea and people who live here.

For me, jewelry from a local artisan, made with quality material is always worth the money. It makes me feel unique and happy. Jewelry from big retail store are a big no-no for me, they tarnish and chip in minutes. Where did you get those pearl earrings, they are gorgeous!!
Agreed 100%! Going to a professional ear piercer and having real gold and diamond/white CZ jewelry inserted has made all the difference for me. The metal is implant grade, never irritates my skin, never tarnishes, and I never have to remove them. It's such a lovely difference.
As an independent jewelry designer, this makes me so happy!
@@josiegraffjewelrydesign6907 I love independent jewelry makers. The stores look so breathtakingly beautiful. My dad always buys gifts for my mum from places like these and it made me want to buy there too.
Thrift and vintage shopping is really no joke! I've gotten some crazy amazing pieces lately second hand. My favorite leather belt, made in Italy, I got for 2 euros a couple weeks ago. And I found an Austrian 1940's princess cut wool jacket for 30 euros. One of the most beautiful things I've ever owned and will go with everything. It's to the point where I now don't see a point in shopping for new things anymore because the quality and price point are so much better in vintage/thrift. Great advice!
My biggest mistake has been boots that had way too tall heels for me. They cost 90e, and as a student who had had her first real job, that money felt much. Now I am selling them to someone who is more comfortable with high heels :)
And my "worth every penny" has been my jacket, that cost over 100e. I love it and I bought it bit larger than my usual clothes, so at the fall and winter I can wear warm knits/sweaters under it. :)
Love from Finland!
I found your videos a few months ago and have become addicted! I love your style. I am retired, in my late 60's, and am trying to learn to put together a sustainable capsule wardrobe. My shopping habits of the past have been poor, purchasing not well made and trendy pieces. I shop thrift and consignment shops and have found pieces I love. My most recent find was a black leather jacket ($23) from the 90's, that is in excellent condition. I was ecstatic, as I have been looking for a couple of years for just the right style for me. Keep up the good work that you are doing....teaching this old dog new tricks. Thank you!
You’re such a stunning girl and you literally know what you’re talking about. I love expensive things like shoes, handbags, fine jewelry etc that are high quality and I can pass on to grand and my great grand babies. I have no problem spending thousands on things that will last me a lot of generations to come.
I love your picks and your lovely collection. I’ll look into those boots that you talked about in the beginning.
Evelyn D'Haene You’re so pretty😍
are you for real! my mother in law was doing the same things, but my daughter/her grand daughter don't care. don't find excuses for buying expensive stuff,it is selfish, let yous future babes to make their own choice ,or save the money for them, expensive clothes are not good longterm investment
You don’t really know me. Since you want to judge me, I own over 18 rental properties that I paid cash for, i ann worth over 5million dollars in assets. well, go ahead and judge that.
@@EvelynDHaene my grandma is a bag lover. She passed down so many of them to my mum, of which I have received 3 as of now. I love them, although they are old, they look good as new!
Similarly, mum collects fine jewellery and I am excited for what I am to get haha!
At the same time, I am in my 20s and I have been collecting designer scarves since I was 18, I can’t wait to pass it down to my children/grand children 😁
I love this
I forgot to mention that I have shoes in quality to die for all from second-hand stores. The trick is to visit often and buy it when you see it regardless of the season. I, like you, wear only classic styles so it's easy. Now, I only bring a pair home if they are going to bring me up a notch and replace another pair. The quality that shows up in the second hand here is often very surprising.
high end second hand shops are amazing. their owners accept only good quality clothing that benefactors simply get tired of but the items are still almost brand new.
With second hand shoes how can one protect themselves from the possibility of catching a foot fungus from the shoes? 😧
Diane Bassett, I buy second hand shoes and I have never had a problem regarding “foot fungus” or anything of the sort. But I also always wear panty hose or nylon knee highs with my shoes. I imagine if you are one of those women who likes to put her bare feet in shoes then you might want to wipe out any second hand shoes you buy with a wipe dipped in rubbing alcohol and let them dry thoroughly.
@@dianebassett1930 spray lysol in them, I learned this from the bowling alley, they spray their rented shoes with lysol
Many brands have started to produce items of lesser quality or mass produce rather than hand craft items. It's been a known issue with Chanel for example. That's why getting vintage might actually give you a higher quality piece than buying new off the high Street!
Crockett & Jones is AMAZING. I love their store in NYC. Can't wait to go back. The craftswomanship is next level and I wish all my shoes were of that style and nature!
You are a breath of fresh air in this world of loud youtubers. As I’m nearing my 30s soon I’m trying to really pare back my wardrobe to have better quality basics with one or two timeless investment pieces and your videos are perfect
I finally purchased my dream winter coat a few years ago, it’s vintage and I know the history. The outside is made from a blanket and the lining is the satin from the wedding set of the original owner, it was handmade during WWII in the UK and I bought the coat from the great niece of the original owner. I’m so lucky to be able to continue the story of the coat and I get compliments every time I wear it!
My worst purchase was a white chiffon top that I bought to wear to a party while away because I wasn’t feeling very happy within myself at the time, which meant it was easy for the salesperson to convince me it looked good, when in fact it looked horrendous. It was expensive for me at the time and I kept that top for quite a few years, until I gave up and gave it away!
I know this comment is a year old, but I am enchanted by this story! Thank you for sharing it!
@@clarerichardson8770 Thank You 😊 I love my dream coat!
My dad has a cashmere coat and an Omega watch that he has had since the late 50s. He has worn his watch every day since then, and is perhaps the only possession that I think he would miss. As for skincare, I like Avene, a mid-price French brand. I, like you Audrey, have very sensitive skin. Finally, I love your aesthetic, and feel inspired every time I watch a video on your channel.
I love love LOVE how charming you are. This voice hypnotises me. Your tone, your expression, your class captivate me and i just wish to say I am such a big fan. Thank you
really? her voice? her videos are fantastic and valuable. but her voice is grating at best and affected at worst.
cristina mora, I think her voice is lovely and soothing.
So true! I literally have no idea how I got here but now I'm 7 vids in and not looking back. I tend to be skeptical at best of RUclips videos that are geared toward telling women how they should look or feel and what have you. But I am completely taken by the charm and, what would say... earnestness?... of this Audrey person :)
@@crissiampco Grating? No way! And most people who leave comments on Audrey's voice are quite complimentary. I can see how you might find a someone's demeanor & tone annoying, but grating isn't exactly a subjective quality. Perhaps you meant something else? ("Grating" means harsh or abrasive.) Regardless, we are all entitled to our own opinion. I just felt the need to stuck up for Audrey.
Audrey - If I had to select only one RUclips channel to watch, it would be yours. Thank you!
I buy off season at consignment stores for high end timeless pieces
I also use products from the Toleraine series from La Roche Posay. Love your video, as always.
I own some sweaters from Two-thirds, a Spanish brand which produces in Portugal. I love their clothes. A bit costly (at least for me), but all their pieces I own are in such a beautiful quality and design, I always get compliments wearing them.
Recently I have lost 30 kg, so I am changing my wardrobe completely and since I am in my late twenties now, I want to incorporate a more chique and sophisticated style. So I donated a lot of my old clothes and the new pieces I buy I make sure the quality is very good and that the production is fair trade.
You are going to be so thankful in 10 or 20 years to have a planned, purposeful wardrobe. I’m twice your age, and wish I had the resources available now when I was your age. And, congratulations on your weight loss.
I would love for you to do a blog on saving for travel
Consider flying out of different airports. I live in Detroit but usually drive to Toronto or Chicago since I can save $400 or more on a flight to Europe. Also, Skyscanner is a great place to find deals on flights.

You
There are definitely expensive items that aren’t well made. Doesn’t mean it’s designer or luxury it’s good quality, esp designer watches and jewellery. Love your vids!
I’m saving this one. I have a sustainable closet, I also thrift my clothes since 1980 when it wasn’t accepted across the board.
These videos are so refreshing in this time of quick slap together products, over price them & fake a sale, and hope things don't last so people have to buy it again. I love the thought that goes into your decisions and planning, saving and basically building a timeless closet. Lovely !
How do you find a good tailor? Have you ever discussed this in your videos?
When you said “I didn’t just buy them all willy nilly”, I felt seen. 😂
I would love your perspective on how to approach investment pieces while knowing that our bodies and sizes change and might not remain the same "for years and years to come". I personally had to reinvent my footwear and wardrobe after pregnancy
Gvantsa Nadiradze scarves!
Me too..one size bigger!
The best investment pieces are ones that are going to be a bit forgiving anyway like shoes and coats, and then I think seam allowances are a game changer too! Getting things tailored with the anticipation that you might get them let out again.
@@andiefisher5646 That makes sence thanks!
as someone who keeps going up and down sizes I don't buy expensive clothes but I do have some shoes/bags/hats/gloves that have been with me for more than a decade :)
Love love your video and I am writing this in South Korea. Hope more people watch your video in my homeland. Your video literally changed how I see fashion and trends. Thanks :)
I totally agree with your thought on travel. I was a single mom and gave my daughter the gift of travel. I don't spend a lot of money on going out, clothes, electronics or a fancy car. I prefer going to Europe every year. I do have a capsule wardrobe I love and shop thrift stores like you mentioned. Actually I have learned a lot from your videos. Thank you 😊
I love Stubbs & Wootton flats in velvet and needlepoint. I have had some pairs for over 25 years, and people compliment them and they still look like new. A good alternative to the iconic Chanel flat if you don't like being a walking billboard!
I absolutely love how you are using this space to speak to real-life quality and fashion. You have brought a editorial maturity to the flash-in-the-pan here-today-gone-tomorrow market of the internet and RUclips. I have saved this video for future reference. Thank you!
I just started watching your videos and I enjoy them. I love dressing in nice clothes but never could afford it. Shopping in vintage stores is a great idea. I am 66 and retiring so I want to travel. A video about saving and travel tips would be helpful. Thank You!
We definitely budget for travel. Instead of buying new cars. We have bought used cars for work and saved a bundle for travel. We travel in off season (shoulder season) which is generally spring and fall. Most of the time we purchase air & hotel together which is almost always cheaper. And we buy good guide books, watch travel shows and plan an itinerary to get the most out of our trips. Plus if we go to a foreign country we learn at least 20 basic phrases for that country. Finally, we have purchased good quality luggage and have a basic travel wardrobe. My travel photos show me wearing the same basic clothes but I feel comfortable and know the clothes are easy to wash and maintain.
For me, travel, coats, shoes, and handbags are worth the extra money. Especially travel. Those wonderful memories stay with you forever. There are ways to make it cheap too. Traveling in off season and staying in hostels will save a ton of money when traveling.
Haha I love when you get really excited and louder and then quickly tone back down to your usual speaking voice
Just found you. Love your composure and poise. Also, everything is thoroughly explained. Your choices are thoughtful. I've been wanting to add higher quality pieces to my closet and this video was so helpful. Thank you!
This is sending a good message, if you want something, work and save for it!
I actually didn't know about Everlane until I started watching your channel, and I have to say it has been an amazing discovery for me! They have such beautiful and high quality collections, thank you for bringing this brand to my attention.
Agreed! My new Everlane coat was delivered yesterday and I couldn't be happier.
I have heard Everlane isn't what it seems. Please research xxx
Great recommendations as always, I would add shopping off season for example buying an expensive coat in spring when they are on sale or sandals in fall, I saved a lot of money that way.
Yess!! for all what you said & mainly for skincare & Fragrances 😉🌺!!! " Pure" ingredients are expensive so no problem to spend money for good products!!! Keep up the great work Audrey 😀
PS : TRAVEL IS WORTH ALL MONEY 😃😃😃😃♥️♥️♥️!!
Tailoring you clothes is one of the best tools one can have. My husband just passed down 3 pairs of trousers to our 14 year old son and I had them Taylored and they make my son look very elegant.
Yes, to saving on travel video! Always love your content, Audrey. Thank you so much for what you do.
Love your channel. My mom raised me to appreciate classic styles that will always be “in style”. I’ve been in love with the sling back pumps you often wear and I found an excellent dupe. Lifestride’s Everdeen. They fit beautifully and are so comfortable
I can see why you would love those Crockett and Jones boots. They're really beautiful. I have a friend who bought a beautiful, high quality leather backpack style purse. It's held up very well. I think you have to stick to simple and classic styles that you won't get tired of. I like the concept of leather things that age beautifully and last for many years.
Penhalagons Duchess Rose is my favorite fragrance. I love rose. Just ordered a Jo Malone Red Rose candle for my closet. Thanks for another great video.
This year I took the opportunity and traveled to Europe with my family. Definitely an amazing and life changing experience! Since then, I’ve drastically changed my spending habits so we can travel to Europe once a year.
I just purchased my first ever lane sweater and I’m in love 🥰’ so amazing!!!! I love you classes style and your thrift shopping 🛍.i would live some travel videos , they sound awesome ! Thank you again.
I love your videos!!! I am a 59 young Nana and I have followed most of these trends for as long as I can remember! Thru the years people have scoffed at me when we shop together! Thank you!!!! For giving my confidence back!!! Thank you for giving the "new" name brands for these "timeless" brands. The bones of my wardrobe. Twice a year I like to add some trendy stuff and that is usually all that is available. Finding the classic, everyday good stuff is harder to find now. Thank you for your time and effort. Made a big difference to me!! Bless you!
I love this! Thank you Audrey. I invested in a long black wool coat years ago. I still wear it during winter. It was worth the price.
Lorie Garcia I'm looking for a long wool coat now, it's difficult to find a good style. I would usually go with black but because of Audrey I'm also thinking about navy.
@@Ozziecatsmom I think I want a navy one too because of Audrey! I agree, it is hard to find a classic style. I can't remember where I bought my old black one. I think Talbots, but I am not sure.
Ozziecatsmom, I bought a gorgeous 100% wool coat made by Pendleton in the US, that was in perfect condition on EBay for only $49. I highly recommend searching for high quality cashmere and wool coats on EBay.
Walli Haley Thanks for the suggestion!
@@wallihaley5194 A Pendleton coat for $49 is indeed a steal! I live in Oregon and often visit Pendleton outlets.
I've completely stopped fast fashion shops. Now I buy once item per month, sometimes less, depending on my budget, (usually around 50-70e MAX as I have very low income). Always second hand, mostly ebay, VC, thrift shop. I'm looking for great material, like real leather, silk, cashmere, tweed and classic tones and cuts... Clothes, accessories, shoes, I am blown away by my amazing finds every months and what I save in terms of money and space in my closet which now is filling up slowly but surely with great, intemporel items I really love and care about. It changed my life for real.
Audrey, you introduced me to the Vaneli Aliz shoe in a previous video. I am so in love with this shoe that I purchased a "spare" pair for when my first pair truly wear out. I anticipate wearing these for a long time.
Love your videos! I feel inspired after watching each and every one of them.

I recently bought a pair of quality booties in London after watching all your videos!
Loved all the tips!! Lovely as always, Audrey!
I really appreciate how open you are about sharing that you save for these lovely items. You are so helpful and relatable. ❤
Going back and binging old vids of yours. One thing you didn’t mention are bras! High quality bras that fit your body perfectly are a game changer! My friend bought a rather expensive bra but it fits her beautifully and is practically invisible under clothing. I’m not currently in the market for another bra but when my current ones start to wear out, I’ll be on the hunt for a really good one!
Amazing information. I've been a fast fashion buyer for years and have noticed how cheap and how fast the clothing falls apart. Tired of wasting my money. You are really guiding me toward better quality thank you! Didn't know where to start...
I would watch a video on anything you would do. I love the relaxed and respectful vibe. Thank you.
I agree, love all your videos, style, you. Michael Kors is poor quality & a waste of money.
Audrey...I'm a jeans and sneakers kind of girl....but I watch your vids because I love how soothing your voice is....I could listen to you talk all day!!
I came across you quite by accident and stayed on purpose. Your voice is so pleasant and your overall presentation is sooo..... you are very natural with the camera, well informed without seeming professorial. I've subscribed!
My new lily silk cashmere sweater is so so luxurious thankyou Audrey for this recommend 💞the save for travel video would be a must🤔 please add your most loved holiday destinations🤗
I bought my signet ring from Ruffs because of your recommendation. It was expensive but I absolutely love it and wear it every day! I trust your judgement on quality items. Thank you!
So savvy, as always Audrey. I have to say that I agree with all the items you suggest to spend well on. Really appreciate your hair advice too! 👏
You should watch Dr Dray’s skincare videos. She’s taught me you don’t have to spend a fortune on skincare (and more often then not, drugstore is better because it doesn’t have fragrance). Sunscreen, retinol, and a good moisturizer is all you need! As always, lovely video Audrey. Xx

I am a big RUclips fan, subscribed to tons of channels, but your channel is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite! And yes, please do a vlog on travel tips - would love to hear your tips and tricks.
Audrey, I wanted to say your channel is useful and practical. I love to watch your videos, I think they’ve helped me develop my eye for style. My husband listens while I watch and he agrees that you provide tips that are universally helpful.
I buy almost everything secondhand because I couldn’t afford the clothes otherwise. So when I buy something retail it’s an investment. Two things that I’ve purchased that have been totally worth the money are Vivobarefoot waterproof hiking boots & a Patagonia 3 in 1 parka. Vivobarefoot are in a league all their own when it comes to comfort and quality. Patagonia makes thoughtful pieces that are utilitarian but still stylish. I love that my parka is princess cut so when I’m wearing it I feel shapely, not over taken by the size of the coat. Something that was definitely not worth the money has been a handwoven weekender tote. I bought it because I really loved the pattern detailing and that it was handmade but I find it hard to use. It’s not quite big enough to carry everything I need when traveling by plane and it’s too nice for those shorter trips because they’re usually camping!
Hi Audrey! I agree with you on all those categories and will be checking the brands you've mentioned. I am a big fan of Barbour, own different jumpers and a coat and planning to add more. I think other products worth the investments for my style are scarves (love cashmere ones for winter and blend silk for summer) and also bags (nice durable bags)!
Thanks for the tips Audrey. I am saving up for a pair of Chanel sling backs cap toe pumps. My friend and I are going to a clothing market to sell some of our clothing that we no longer have need for or wear. A lot of pieces are designer, so its all good quality, but our style has changed now that we are older. Great to de clutter and re stock with pieces that are on the wish list.
I am a new subscriber and I love your attitude about style and consumerism. You live for yourself and don't worry about what others' think. I am very glad that you believe in getting things repaired and know the value of true quality and style. Thanks for all your wonderful advice and recommendations! You also know how to make awesome videos! Stay well, happy and safe!
Thank you very much for the advice ! I bought the Revlon hair dryer, and the Mason Pearson brush thanks to your video. And ... I put the Crockett and Jones Chelsea boots on my wish-list, they look so gorgeous ! I surely will spare money in order to buy them ... some day ! 😍
omg yes I love talking skincare! I *almost* bought those same boots this year too! Ended up buying some gorgeous Mylene boots instead, because I was looking for cleaner lines and a subtle colour pop!
I love how sophisticated your style is!
You're so lovely! I've been curious about some of these items you mentioned. Thank you for the confirmation that they are worth the money.
Love and blessings to you! XOXO
Thank you for this video! I'm working on building a long-lasting closet and you're recommendations helped point me in the right direction!
You are sweetest youtuber I have ever seen!! BTW love your vids!!
I have honestly browsed several youtube channels to find how to dress well within a budget range. And I am extremely grateful to have found this channel. Thank you Audrey for all the amazing tips.
Always a good video , packed with information . You put a lot of care into your videos , always shown in a lovely setting . I’m sure much time and thought goes into making these very polished productions . I enjoy them all .
Funny. Been literally chasing the perfect Chelsea boots for quite a while, something quite hard for someone who's picky. Gonna consider that brand. Thanks a lot for the tips, Audrey.
I love them boots! Saw them in one of your previous videos and wanted them. So glad you posted this!
Loved this presentation! Would love more on travel budgeting and also beauty routines.
3 year later watching your videos and I’m agreed with you higher quality shoes will be serving well for years . I do have one pair of boots and one pair of loafers ( Italian made) over 25 years old and still looking very good .
Subscribed. I love the way you carry yourself and I must say, your voice is like sweet nectar. 💕
I love my Dyson blow dryer! It has kept my hair so healthy with the cool setting.
Thank you Audrey, some great advice and tips thank you. I took your advice and bought a pair of flat Chelsea boots they're so comfy and stylish thank you . 💗🌸💗🌸
I would love to buy more high quality shoes, but I am a middle aged woman with bunions and far too many high-end shoe companies don’t do wide widths and often just a narrow style (a narrower toe is visually more flattering as you know). I have one or two companies that reliably fit me, but they are mall store shoes that don’t age all that well.
If I might suggest, try Vionic shoes as they are comfortable, beautiful and come in wide sizes. The arch support is fantastic
A year later, but some Clarks shoes work, and there is a UK company called Calla that caters to our issues. It is hard isnt it? To have an elegant outfit but then have frumpy shoes 😢 If you see this, what mall store shoes have you found?
I have to say, my best investments so far: electric toothbrush, water flosser, comfortable bra, tailoring, well fitting jeans, a tote (leather), slim wallet with rfid protection, a great sunscreen and no show sock (also boot socks). Oh, and a drying rack instead of using the dryer ( keeps the longevity of my clothes intact).
Loved this video! Please do something on your strategies for travel! I personally want to travel more but find the planning and budgeting a little overwhelming. Would love some tips! ❤️
Very helpful video! And, there's that adorable puppy again :)
Your voice is so soothing. Thanks for these great recommendations!
