I wouldn't recommend playing Alan Wake 2 with 4GB of VRAM. The textures stop loading after a while and you need to reboot the game. The min requirements are 6GB.

On the other hand DLSS or FSR will give a boost, because the real rendering resolution is lower than native. With FSR enabled the low end graphics card will holds up a few more years.

I think If we lowering the graphics setting it should holds up 3-4 years or maybe up to 5 years. the main issue of this card is that it has only 4GB VRAM And 4GB VRAM is minimum requirement for modern games. New games may use more and more VRAM, even 6GB VRAM is not enough for Some modern games.

That texture problem is from the game itself

Make sure it runs on dedicated graphics instead of integrated one. In NVIDIA control panel set it to “high performance nvidia processor”.
