I get so excited and cry every time I watch Sara and her hunts. For just as Josh is so happy and proud of her and her accomplishments I know he has feel her has to be the one of the most blessed man in the world to have her by his side and enjoy special moments as this. It's like watching a little girl blossom into this beautiful woman fulfilling each of her goals and dreams while being blessed as Josh to see it all unfold before our eyes. It’s great watching a ton of hard work, yield success and gratefulness for the hunt and the animal. I’ve personally logged too many unsuccessful archery and rifle elk hunts, up at 3am, 8-10 miles a day on foot, sweat and tears, all ending in tag soup. Still wouldn’t trade those memories for anything. I do believe in stacking the odds in your favor at every opportunity, thus my recommendation after watching this hunt. Mandatory Camo Face Paint or masks and no blue mirror sunglasses on the hat 😎 .....yeah they’re cool and I know it’s a filmed hunt, but I’ve picked out shiny rifle barrels and fully clad Camo guys wearing hat brim mirrored sunglasses at over 100 yards bow hunting. Elk have amazing eyes and can easily pick out a white pie-hole or sunglasses. Stack the odds in your favor. My .02 cents..... Fantastic hunt, good finish and a nice clean language video. Keep it up 👍

Hey Bowmar's, hope you all are doing well! Have you ever watched a movie that was so good, you watch it over.....and over....and over?? That's what I've done with this video since the day it came out. And yes, I may have dropped a couple of tears at the 21:00 minute mark because I know how HARD these animals are to get within bow range and I've had my share of unfortunate bow hunting mishaps :( Sarah, you're also a great example of when NOT to shoot. That takes a LOT of discipline and maturity as well as respect for the animal. GREAT HUNT!!!

I had several missed opportunities to land big bucks and it was definitely tough to stay in it mentally, but I stuck with it and ended up getting a big mature 8 point off our property in Kansas as my second buck ever. Persistence is key!

Me and my buddy did just over 98 miles on the late season rifle tag in Arizona tagged out last day within the closing seconds of the hunt. A solid week of 12 plus mile days. Came out with a busted up ankle and a lot of meat😁👌🏼 when you work for them there isn’t a greater feeling

Sweet footage and audio of all that bugling. Thanks for not taking the 75 yard shot, I get that those distances arent out of the question on Elk out west but if you are out there with a bow much of the fun and excitement of it is trying to get inside normal gun range. Lobbing in arrows from that far, no matter how flat your bow shoots is a risky proposition depending on how the animal reacts from the time the arrow leaves the string until its arrival.

Aww made me feel for you on that shot at a bull. Quick story me and my wife spend alot of time hunting and don't get alot of opportunities to get a big buck. Well we went out one night it expecting to see much and had a best of a 9 point prob 160 ish come out right behind us on stand and I kept grunting to get him to stop and after the 3rd time he went down a draw and hopped the neighbor s fence and she had to witness the neighbor shoot him she cried a bit over that one. So long story she knows to be little quicker on the draw as well as I'm sure you will double check you're arrow before pulling. We have all been there just hard to see our spouse or partner do that and see them get upset. Happy hunting awesome video 👍👍
