I tried the app for a few months just to see what it was like and I was super impressed. It would be awesome if someone made something similar that had many different training styles (conjugate, western periodization, DUP, etc) which would then be matched to the personality of the lifter by a personality test. I honestly think the programs that people choose have more to do with who they are as a person than anything else.
I subscribed to the App. They sent me a workout plan but it only lists two or three exercises. It just tells me the muscle to hit then i will have to pick whatever exercises work for me. I was expecting a fixed workout plan with exercises and everything that also includes a warm up plan.
So glad there is a training program that takes BJJ into account. Outstanding job on this. Any future plans to open the API to allow sync with Garmin or my fitness pal/other popular health apps?
Thanks for doing this. I just started and am liking it so far. You mentioned you likely would skip the peaking phase. I have always skipped peaking phases in prior programs because I don’t plan to compete. Is there a benefit to doing a peak if I am not competing?
Thanks for this amazing app 🎉 But I got a question about it, how can I change the meet day in the program? For some reason I have to delay the meet day but I don’t want to clear my previous workouts 😢
Or can I just follow this program and despite how many days out? Will the program stop when the original meet day comes up or I can still use it after the “meet day “?😮
I've been using the Juggeraut Method waves on and off since it was first shown in Muscle and Fitness in 2011. I would love to know what the updated equivalent is.
"how would you like to focus your powerbuilding program?" So many options. If I want to get stronger, choose 70% Powerlifting option. If I care more about hypertrophy, choose 30% Powerlifting, but so many options in between. Any guidance or suggestions?
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems Good question -I want to get strong and also jacked. Is that unrealistic? Does that require two masters, and unfortunately, you cannot achieve both goals? If a male lifter's main goal is to get strong, can he not get shredded...and vice versa?
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems yes that and also switching days around throughout the week. E.g if I say I’m going to do M Tu th Fr but life happens and I have to push schedule a bit and do Thursday and Friday on Saturday and Sunday instead, come Monday the following week I have to either switch days up manually or be extra fatigued for that first workout of the new week. Hopefully that makes sense
Could you explain the effect for the powerbuilding % ratio? Does this translate into the # of weeks in a strength phase vs a hypertrophy phase or is it the volume dedicated to bench , squat, and deadlift vs the accessories?
I started the app and I love it but I'd also like basement brandon to get some kickbacks with his code. do I wait a month and cancel my sub then start a new one with his code or can I put it in my existing account?
Hiya, I have been using the Juggernaut AI for 7 weeks now and I got 2 more weeks left in my hypertrophy block. I have been really enjoying it and did notice size & strength progress. But the volume of the workouts I'm getting recently seems unnecessarily excessive (25 sets per session at times). Is there anything wrong with the system or the volume is just meant to be that high. I msged you guys on Insta but didn't get a response. Cheers xx
Switch to JuggernautAI Powerbuilding or the Strength program on JuggernautBJJ can be useful. Several of the BJJ guys I coach (Philipe Dellamonica and Otavio Sousa) look like men's physique competitors.
I have been using the app ever since it came out and my speed and power has increased SOOOO MUCH!!! I can see and feel a major change in my performance I love the app #EVERYDAYPORRADA
Does the program generated from the app always make you squat, bench, and deadlift? Can you make the program more bench or squat specific? For example, can you get a program that has you bench and squat 2x a week and not do any deadlifts?

Love seeing you training again Chad, glad things are feeling better. Been making massive progress on the app, 3 rep max became my 10 rep max
Awesome!

The JuggernautAI App is a Maserati compared to the Juggernaut Method's Ford Taurus

What is your goal? All else fails, start at 50/50 and can adjust each block based on your preference

Is there anywhere to go to read about future updates for the app or is it here on the channel?
Would you ever consider allowing for more flexible days or do you need to know specific days of the week to train to plan the recovery?
More flexible in the sense of doing like 5 days one week and 4 days the next week?

How do you use the app if you’re a strongman competitor??
I'd probably do a 3 day plan and then do your events on Day 4. We have strongman training coming to the app soon
Hey Chad,
Do the juggernaut AI app helps with hypertrophy and bodybuilding?
Yes. Especially the Powerbuilding option
