I relate to Kanade on a spiritual level. In her debut she revealed that her most proficient language is korean (but its self study) while english is the only compulsory-educated and japanese "can say hello" 草. im guessing she's korean/family moved to korea and went to one of those "high class ENGLISH ONLY private education schools" that Asian parents always proudly send their children to. I also start speaking English in frustration as it reminds me of my school days.
I just sometimes forget that Kanade's accent when she speaks English is actually fantastic. Like, it's clear she's not a native speaker, but she's really not that far off at all, genuinely almost 1-to-1 with some phrases.

I love the fact that she speaks English damn near perfectly, but her grammar is just slightly off enough that you can tell it's not her first language, which somehow makes her speaking English even more impressive. Apart from slight bits of grammar the only thing off about it is the randomness of the sentences given the context, but even then that's very common American behavior so I'd say she's got it down 100%
