Recall how she also lured victims in games like Project Winter by giving a sense of safety and security to her victims? Don't let the fact that Pekora bought a fucking monkey to distract you from the fact the Suicopath within Sui-chan exists.
A game between two people who can actually see one move ahead. Unfortunately kanade couldn't extend that to two, but not losing to on-board lines already puts kanade in the top percentile of hololive
I think is a matter of time before someone in Holo organizes a Gomoku tournament since many are playing it competitively lately. There's already a nice lineup of good players like Suisei, Kanade, Fubuki, Sora, Kanata that would make an event like that interesting.
I'm sorry but those pieces remind me of M&Ms and Yogurt Covered Raisins. Still Cute and ADORABLE! Great Job and also Thank You for the English Subtitles too! :)
It really was a thought fight but I can't believe that Kanade missed that obvious line.😂 Ah actually, I just saw that even if she blocked that line, she will lose in anycase. Suisei's victory was unavoidable.
Going for offensive move carelessly when you are the one who go later against a competent opponent is what cost Kanade this game, she gonna need some good defensive practice against CPU
To be fair to Kanade at the end... she played to defend a threat she absolutely had to defend against. It just so happened there was another threat she absolutely had to defend against, and so had no chance at that point.
i feel like the good way to play the game is pay close attention to where your opponent place their piece and also make a row as long as possible even if you know it will get blocked
I watch suisei play against cpu before this, and I'm sure Kanade will lose. Suisei already play at higher level which rememberring some pattern move 4 or more ahead.
Late but nope. Kanade will still lose in 2 moves minimum if she blocked that straight 😂. She got 3 diagonal open at both sides , even if kanade manages to block one, suisei just need to add the fifth black on the other side
@@oyogenai39 She isn't, she lost at that turn anyway (either by blocking that 4, Suisei would have win with the 3 row kanade tried to blocked - that's why she missed the winning row, cause if she didn't blocked at that turn those 3 then she would have lose anyway). Plus i don't think Kanade is disrespectfull to lose on purpose against Suichan.
While it very much does look like Kanade just threw the match, even if she had put her piece above the 4 stack Suisei had she would have still lost, barring the possibilty of Suisei blundering. As after that Suisei could use one of either side of the three piece diagonal at the top (which Kanade did close one end of as her last move) to make it a four piece, after which Kanade could close either end but then Suisei would just complete it to five on the other end.
This isn't go, the corner doesn't hold any strategic value. If anything, the corners are the weakest spots as they're easier to completely block off than a middle spot.
Finally a gomoku match where both opponents have more than 1 braincell!
Now that you mention it. lol.
Suisei vs Fubuki went on longer than this, you should watch that too
Watch suisei vs fubuki, that one was really intense too
Didn't Sui lose to CPU in 9 seconds?
@@fallen9695 Yeah, and then went on to win 4 consecutive rounds in 2 minutes 28 seconds.
Suisei acting that she's nervous to lure Kanade into a false sense of superiority until she closed the trap. Ice fucking cold as always.

5:30 the way she blinks her eyes and smiles faintly sensing the imminent victory

Kanade's gomoku was reflecting her young personality. She doesn't leave 3 if she can make 4. It's very distinctive habit.
This is actually a good gameplay for both of them.
Sasuga Suisei. Gets into a game and becomes a contender for top player in Holo in just 2 weeks.
love their little whispers in between moves and when thinking of what to do 😂 love their interactions

The Queen of gomoku has finally been toppled. How the mighty have fallen
having watched too many of miko's game, i thought this 6 mins video were going to have at least 5 games
Ah yes my favorite hololive vtuber from ReGloss branch
Kanadi
damn well placed trap by Sui, she was going to win that turn or in 2 turns from then.
1:26 I think Suisei was saying that the *volume* of Kanade’s voice was low (and hence she increased the volume)
Kyou mo chisai!
Kanadi is like elderly indonesian names
more like indian
More like brazilian
Lulz😂
1:32 eleganto oneesan noises

Competitive sui-chan is so cute to watch 😂

Sasuga Sui-sama.
Suisei managed to beat Kanade?!
Suisei truly is Stellar Stellar
Nah, this is rigged.
Kanade held at axe-edge there. Probably.
Going for offensive move carelessly when you are the one who go later against a competent opponent is what cost Kanade this game, she gonna need some good defensive practice against CPU
meanwhile in another clip suiseui loses to CPU in mere 9 sec. lol
She trained and beat the CPU in highest difficulty in mere seconds now. :) Watch Yuna clips.
Kanade : About to place a stone
Sui-chan : *Panic*
4:43 Nothing here. I just want to timestamp this cute yabai sound.

Cute, she's letting Suisei win.
To be fair, it's already a checkmate at that point...
its inevitable
"Letting"..
@@liboud22 Yes. When she collabs with Miko or Suisei, she lets them win and she takes the blame if wrong things happen. She's cute.
Yeah, just looked at what possible moves Kanade could do.
She couldn't win lol
I mean she beat the hardest cpu in 2 minutes and 28 seconds soo
Me watching this without knowing any of the rules:
Ah yeah, top tier game right there
5:16 Kana-san could’ve stalled and set up a 2 or 3 way later😭

This is just like HikaGo...
5:00 is that you aqutan!?!!??
Yeah I figured, Kanade;s model looks like an airhead, turns out the person behind is also one 🤣this is why I love her character lol
That was intense
Gomoku is cool and all, but I wish we had some vtubers who actually play Go
Welp, she won Fubuki which Fubuki also scared.
KanaDEE

Yeah most of the girls can’t see more than 1 move ahead, these 2 are the rare one who can, Sui just do more practice with better opponents (CPU)
@@victortran2962 most of the girls can't see one move ahead

5:54 eh kanade?
I think she letting her senpai win on purpose, just like she play with Pekora
@oyogenai39 at that point it was checkmate already tho, if she blocked off that one Suisei had an open ended row of 4 which would win either way
@@oyogenai39 She isn't, she lost at that turn anyway (either by blocking that 4, Suisei would have win with the 3 row kanade tried to blocked - that's why she missed the winning row, cause if she didn't blocked at that turn those 3 then she would have lose anyway).

too many mistake from kanade to be able to win unfortunately... next time !

Lol, I think everyone missed your reference to Miko's first game. Fub's was telling her "Five in a row" but she was still trying to flip the pieces.
