"Why Are INFPs So Indecisive??" (Actually, it's the opposite)

This is legit for me xD Especially now that I graduated in college, I have a lot of things that I wanted to try doing and ended up stuck with all the ideas in mind. It's kind of hard for me to narrow down what to prioritize and this helped me to actually realize that I need not to overthink it but instead try it out, take some action and find where I feel drawn to from all those I want to do. Thank you so much.

I never saw myself as indecisive. I've always seen myself as someone who easily takes a decision. Hence it's also easy for me to change my mind about something and take a new decision that takes into consideration new information.
I adapt easily, exactly because I don't feel the need to stick to a decision when new information reveals that the decision I took before was based on wrong assumptions.
Maybe some people see this as indecisive, I always thought I'm just open minded and ready to question myself.

This helps me so much! Thank you! For a long time I thought that I am a INFJ but recently found out I am a INFP.
This resonates so much with me. I struggled a lot with very enthusiastic starting something and then quickly discovering that I don't like it at all. I have so often asked myself what's wrong with me. It helps me a lot to know that I can only learn by experience!

These videos are so accurate! The way I've learned to combat indecisiveness is to use my "idea phase" and ask the right questions: "What could go wrong?" "What will I do if it goes wrong?" Basically, you decide how committed you are to various things. If I'm willing to commit to a cause or action in spite of setback, then I know it's worth doing. Use your logic with your imaginative side and then, like the video says, just do it. However, if you've mentally addressed potential setbacks from the beginning, then it won't be so daunting when problems do arise, even if they're not the ones you thought of to begin with.

This is excellent advice and so true of INFP of which I'm one. I've been trying for ages to decide where to move to, and can't decide. I realise it's because I've never been to most of the places on my list, and have little experience of other places, I've been to but not enough to be sure of any place. I know I need to visit the places and see how I feel about them, like you suggested, instead of trying to choose based on ideas and my imagination. You're so right on! Thanks👍

"When in doubt, always try it out" (in my own words now.. hehe)
yes! it's a funny contrast.. i love comfort.. so i can easily get stuck in whatever i'm doing (nothing..)
But that's when i also get unhappy. Now i am in the phase that i try everything again.. I go to dance lessons (because.. girls.. and why not.. i am so out of my comfort zone... lol.. it's a joke to see me dance.) Last week, i did a mud master thing, running through mud and climbing and stuff.
And as long as i keep doing that, trying out new things, doing different things. I feel good and alive. Also i get energy from that, i feel... more confident, it all adds up.. I'm becoming a better person, more positive, more nice, more caring and etc..
I need to do new things on a regular basis or i lose interest in my own life and i will pull everything down (so to speak)

First of all, Internet MBTI testing websites are only a small fraction of the entire MBTI test, which I had the opportunity to take to discover myself as an INFP. The entire test has at least 5 times as many questions as the shortened version of these websites.
Now, about what I wanted to comment on: yes, we usually judge all the time even without being intentionally doing so. However, the majority of the people and things we try to feel so deeply to understand the underlying basis of their behavior ARE NOT perceived as good or evil, but simply as neutral, because only rarely they correspond to their intention(s) assumed in our minds.
I don't know about other INFP's out there, but this thinking pattern is a constant routine inside my mind during the most part of the day.

I have this constant identity crisis.
Specifically in this mbti thing it’s “am i an introvert or just a traumatized extrovert?”
Or “Am i an infp or infj these days?”
And yes this made me so sure that i’m an infp :))) (maybe for a while till my next crisis).
What to choose when the potential is everywhere. Am i being too hold back or too greedy?

Mathias you’ve no idea how much this video HELPS me.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I’m in this very hydra-paths-era as shown in your video.
Guess i’ll have to cut the heads off, one by one. I’m eager to learn new things, but i cant manage everything at once.
      One thing at a time.
Thank u, once again. Truly helped enlightening me
