Dance enthusiasts enjoying first time set dancing

The Irish Set Dancers from Neumarkt were invited to present this Irish dance to a dance-loving audience as part of the "Summer in the Park" dance event in Neumarkt June 2024. A small group of our set dancers performed the 1st figure of the Sliabh Luachra, the 3rd figure of the Merchant and invited the audience to try it out for themselves with the 6th of the Corofin Set. Of the more than 100 spectators, around 90% had never danced this dance before and clearly had a lot of fun.
