I remember that I originally got BO3 for the Xbox 360 when it first came out. My friend from school had a PS4 so we couldn't play multiplayer together, so we essentially spent the first month of the game's life cycle playing Freerun while on Google Hangouts trying to beat each others times every day after school. I actually had the #1 (legit) spot on the leaderboard on the Infected map too which was dope. Then when I got my PS4 on Christmas of 2015, me and the same friend simultaneously grinded for 100% of all BO3. We did the campaign on realistic, got all the game's trophies, and we even did 100% of the multiplayer challenges, got dark matter and got hero's armor both on the same exact day as each other. We also got max prestige, max weapon levels, and did all of the easter eggs/challenges for zombies too. Great times. Freerun is extremely nostalgic for me and is purely responsible for a life-long friendship. BO3 is goated. 🔥🔥🔥

BO3 was too ahead of it's time. I seriously think the game was awesome though. BO3 had the highest skill gap in my opinion. It all was ruined by the consistent supply drop weapons they pushed into the game for a little kickback from a marketing standpoint that isn't what Treyarch truly wanted. They wanted the game to be fun for as long as possible. The game recieved real updates where they actually made real changes to the game. When something was overpowered, they actually cared and nurfed the heck out of the overpowered stuff until microtransactions became it's only positives whilst they started developing BO4.

You can still “g-slide” off ledges.
Just slide to the edge then jump and hold boost and there you go
not a g-slide but it's definitely the fastest boost you can get after the patch
