Point Number 4: Airbus A350 has an ETOPS rating of 370, or in other words, the A350 can fly on a single engine if the other fails for 370 minutes or roughly 6 hours! So the A350 can easily find an alternative airport if one of its engine fails. A350 is very safe as well
The A350-900ULR is used on the world's longest flight too!
Imagine if you develop a medical emergency mid-flight & have to wait 370min to be flown to the nearest airport
@@lzh4950 if you fly over the ocean, then it’s pretty much game over
bruh that is not a point just like how point one is not a real "Unique" point
Also just to let you know it's not completely because of the A350 it's also because of the engine it uses
Kuopio Airport in Siilinjärvi in Rissala is the closest Finnair airport, it is where the Nordic Regional Airlines ATR 72-500 Finnair is most frequented!
I love Airbus A350 . Very quiet and 18 inch economy class seats .
Comfortable over long haul.
Flying on one for 15hours has no negative effect on your body.. good job airbus 🎉
What, these aren't "features". The plane weighs less, cool. That's more of a fact than a feature. Dragonfly technology probably won't even reach 90% of A350s so that's not even a sharable feature? And cracking paint being replaced? What is this short? 🤣
He forgot that the 787 started using these 10 yrs ago
Hasnt spontaneously caught fire or had quality control issues for more than a decade so each to their own.
@@kaustubh160 yet the A350 is now better than the 787.. It's more fuel efficient, quieter and more comfortable. I've been on multiple flights on A350s and 787s and I enjoyed the A350 more each time. Even Boeing employees have said that Airbus genuinely has better engineering.
Also, Boeing's equivalent of the A350 is the 777, not the 787. The 787 is meant to be compared to the A330.
@@kaustubh160 you forgot Airbus used fly by wire while Boeing was still using hydromechanical control systems. Now look at 777 and 787 😂
Thats why A350 is the best plane than A340
Airbus: Let's make the A350 with plastic!
Quite literally everyone: Why on Earth would that be plausible?
Airbus: It's a good economic decision.
The FAA: Okay that sounds good, aircraft approved!
Btw it’s not just all a350s it’s only the a350 - 1000
composite materials will actually shorten the life of an airliner and could create numerous problems.
Don’t be stupid.
That was stupid, Airbus has not denied anything but the claim it was an air safety problem, as it was not.
Cracks can never be a feature !
The fix was.
Nice!
CRF was used in fighter aircraft by India.
A350 copied Dreamliner with carbon fibre, interior cabin pressure, etc.
Don’t be ridiculous. The whole industry was moving to carbon fibre. In fact airbus were the first to use it in an airliner.
Oh, so the Qatar thing has been solved. No wonder all the drama went super quiet all of a sudden.
The 787 is better
Pilots prefer Boeing
Passengers don’t
@tomas.lambert maybe you don't prefet Boeing but most passengers do.
All this crap you see on social is fake news. People gobble it up like sheep.
I’m a pilot and I don’t.
@@peteconrad2077 I am a pilot and do.
@@tomas.lambert Because they are sheeples and do what the media says.
Airbus is well on the way to single pilot cruise operations which the airlines will just love. The next step and top of airline companies wish list is fully autonomous operation. Once autonomous airliners are with us not only will the cost of operation drop but the level of safety will increase.
It can't beat Dreamliner!
Only it can actually, as the a350 has a wider cabin and thus more passenger space, greater range, a lower pressurisation altitude, it's more fuel efficient and has greater payload capabilities!
The dreamliner beats the A350 in windowsize and random fires thats it.
@@aidan825 a350 isn't more fuel efficient, what r u on. 787 also gives more profits to starting airlines and even big airlines.
@@qwl4363 you know it's actually fixed, right?
@@CodPix air france had two galley fires like a month ago.
Airbus didn't deny the paint cracking they just said it was superficial and didn't affect the aircraft's airworthiness.
And of course paint cracking reinforces passengers confidence in the safety of the plane. And why are pilots constantly passing out? 😂❤
well to be fair, if you buy a car for thousands of dollars, you expect everything to be as near to perfection as possible, let alone a flying machine for millions
@@JDAbelRN and why are Boeing panels falling off, tires falling off and Boeing doorplugs falling off?
@etjh0071 Even the 787 has the same issue but the scale differs
i love the curved winglets
Way more streamline than the raked wingtip

Of the 3 'hidden features':
1. Not hidden
2. Not certified (aka not a feature yet)
3. Not a feature but a bugfix
You missed pressurization altitude.
A350 is pressurized at 6000 feet, this reduces the jet lag and overall fatigue.
My term may be wrong, so if it is please correct me.
I thought that was the 787.
the 787 is pressurised at 6000 ft as well?
@@hellamaxineA350 is ever lower of 5,550.
No its pressurised at 5500 ft
It’s called cabin altitude
A350 also has a secret room under the cockpit
Almost every plane has a "secret room" under the cockpit but it is also known as the avionics bay

The A350 is an amazing aircraft. 👏
Airbus wins the sky and capture's the traveler's heart.
I don't know about hidden features especially since what you've mentioned is out there in the open. However, you could have mentioned the limited morphing wing, Autonomous Taxi Takeoff and Landing capabilities, Synthetic Vision Systems avionics capabilities , reduction of flap hinges from 5 to 3 for improved wing efficiency Brake To Vacate, etc etc....
I like Airbuses' dual purpose improvements (safety and efficiency) while maintaining the look.
@@wanleaf 👍👍
Theses are not secrets theses are thing people might not know but I knew all of them.
I suffer from extremely dry eyes, every time I flown on A350 it’s been a bliss for my eyes 🙌🏼 and A380s as well 🙌🏼✈️
"Clearly," it was necessary to come up with a ridiculously expensive system that would help a pilot fly the aircraft by himself because the other pilots were constantly passing out.🍸🍸🍸🍸🤔
That's why Airbus is safer, they think and take precaution for EVERYTHING, unlike Boeing that applies a new system which relies on only one data source. I don't want to give its name just like they did not think it's necessary to tell the pilots it exists 😂
787 predates a350 and has carbon fiber. Feature not unique to a350
spot on far superior to Airbus
Wonder why the a350 has a 1000+ orders in just 9 years with only 2 variants? Compared to the 787 the a350 is much better but y’all are biased. U can stick with ur Boeing aircraft that will just keep on having safety issues. Not to mention airbus has 1200 a350 orders in 9 years while the 787 has been around for many years longer and has 1900
Finnair uses these Airbus A350-900 passenger planes, I live so far from Helsinki Vantaa airport that I never see the Airbus A350-900, it is the biggest passenger/plane in Finland, there are seven of these in Finnair's fleet!.!
Wasn’t the submersible Titan that just imploded made of the same Carbon Fiber shell that was also laminated?
No, there are several different kinds of carbon composite materials.
And there's a huge difference in the variations of pressure each are submitted to : an aircraft only varies between thin high altitude air and sea-level air pressure (so usually between 0.2 and a little over 1 bar [1.083 bar was the highest recorded if I recall correctly] ) while the Titan had to endure pressures of around 400 bar, so about 400+ times the pressure differential that commercial aircrafts are submitted to.
(I estimated the sub pressure differential by applying the commonly used 10 meters depth = 1 bar for water pressure).
Plus, the pressure differential pushes outward on aircrafts, and carbon composite materials are extremely good at resisting it. They, however, resist less efficiently to inward pressure, like on a sub.
It's a bit like the difference between a mid-sized car and an A380, they both roll on tyres but they have to resist to hugely different forces.
Hope that helped.
Hidden features? my dog knows this.
Airbus: Deny body delamination problem exists.
Also Airbus: we developed a new process to fix it.
They didn't deny it. They said it superficial.
Lemme get a plane made out of reinforced deepslate ☠️
CFRP is just a fancy name for Carbon fibre which a lot of cars use. Airplanes use prepreg carbon which means the resin is already in the fibre so you just need to lay it out and apply heat. I’m curious what other industries use.
The other pilot "passes out"? 🤔
Code for "banging a fight attendant'".
Soo what are the hidden features?
The Fact you can’t drink coffee and other liquids in the A350 is annoying
You absolutely can. You just have to have a lid in our cup. You should anyway.
I drank coffe, tea, orange juice, wine and gin tonic on that airplane lol
Gotta love, airbus! Modern, comfortable, smart designs.
How is the carbon fiber unique if Boeing uses a similar approach with its 787?
787 has 3% of carbon but a350 has 51%😂😂😂
@@allxpxpxpCo only 3%, where do yo get this data from?

I love the A350 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Somebody who doesn’t lie in youtube shorts!! Great video 👍🏻
Even though these are good facts basically everyone knows the a350 is made with composite materials.
The carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) is not new to the airline industry. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner and the Airbus a380 have some of their fuselage housing made from CFRP.
Everytime I stumble upon a perfectly looped video I cringe at the thought that TikTok generation need this shit to pay attention and now I have to deal with this pathetic trends too
And JALs incident at Haneda Airport has proven the carbon fiber plastic airframe worthiness in extreme heat and fire. While Boeing is suffering from quality and safety investigations for cutting corners. Haiya!
the first A350 crash just happend so the a350 hit a coastguard plane on landing in tokyo haneda airport 🤯
No hate to Boeing and not a fan of airbus either
I really appreciate aviation industry as a whole its hugeness its demand and supply chain management is something very interesting
When the other pilot is passed out...?
It's made for one pilot to fly specifically...
Now do something about the crying babies, insane Karens and ugly flight attendants.
This is why I LOVE the A350 (especially A350-1000)
A350 is too much hot 🥵
CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced plastic) is not only on the a350...
I also like the facts that it doesn't rain doors and bolts on the people below.
Nah the a350 uses plastic yet it only has 1 incident 💀😭
Is that an Airbus commercial? Carbon reinforced plastics is not new in aviation and the B787 has much more of these composites on the plane than the A350. Also what is the point with the paint? Airbus made a mistake since the B787 used a different approach to avoid paint cracking…not only Qatar has this issue with A350, basically all airlines have it in various degrees…
The 787 has had instrument issues and random fires pop up like two Air France recently plus the quality control issues in production.
Qatar also had issues with their 787's and refused deliveries, not to mention the 787 had so many issues it was out of production for ages and only recommenced at the end of last year, not sure what you point was there. Anyways, as for composites? I don't know where you're getting your data from, but the a350 uses far more composites than the 787. It's a larger plane and more than 53% of its construction is CFP, a larger percentage than in the 787.
No, a350 has more carbon reinforced plastics than 787, 787 has 50% a350 has 53%
I know I’m 7 months late but the 787 also had paint issues, didn’t it?
Titan submersible used carbon fiber.
I have a friend that works for a British airline that works on it and he and most of his colleagues think it is the biggest pile of shit in the air. The air bus standard fitted economy seats are so narrow that you have to go sideways between the toilets to walk down the aisle, because if you’re large in body, shape, body build or big as in quite Full body fat, it is very difficult to get around the doors I hate cause. I hope you can’t see through them because they have what they called like a split window in the round door. I hate it. The galleries are crap and then at the galleries design by the airlines airbus overall performance feel safe. Yes it’s amazing passenger comfort passenger amenities it’s shit they hate it absolutely hate it and there are two British air lines operate this aircraft Am I friend what’s a one of them all I say is he is burgundy grey reddish uniform suits him
Your friend is an idiot. The airline chooses the seats. It’s more reliable and comfortable than any similar aircraft.
Tight legroom when the person at front of your reclines
Is the wing can flex like the 787 and 777-8 &9?
BTV is a feature i don’t see/hear so many mention.
A failure is a feature? Obviously a shill for airbus.
Airbus has burned 🔥 boeing all the way.
Wrong , Airbus did not deny the paint problems. They denied that this was safety critical what Qatar claimed. By the way, the A350 has more fiber content than the 787.
I wished you described what dragonfly does.
Hey, so long as it is not a Boeing, It is good with us!!
This is incredibly poorly written.
I have an emirates a350 model
Is the wing carbon fiber also?
You could have added it has the ability to fly with both hydraulic systems failed (like A380), if all pitot tubes that measure airspeed are blocked it can use other sensors to calculate airspeed, it can auto descent if cabin altitude exceeds limit and pilots don’t do anything.
I love every details of the A350
As a friend of mine (retired Continental Airline Captain)-said… it’s still a socialist airplane.😮😊
What? Is your friend a fool?
Bro you're soo underrated
Also the a350 has a rizz feature.
Is it me or it just looks happy?
It is a beautiful airplane to fly in.
Lol knew everything
Half a video, so unprofeasional.
I don't like the A350
#5. It’s not a Boeing.
I’d venture a bet that Boeing doesn’t like the A350. It directly competes with their 787 and 777.
the carbon fiber reinforced plastic is not a hidden feature... I mean Airbus literally used it to advertise a350 and was the reason for the reduced weight of the aircraft
A350 vs B787
