  • This two story home seriously lacked curb appeal because the 2nd story was added on later and it didn't look like part of the house. We put a lot of thought into the design to revamp the curb appeal and it looks so much better now.

The windows made such a difference for the exterior. I love what you did with all of the bathrooms. They are beautiful. I also love the chandeliers, such a beautiful touch.
The house turned out fantastic as always.

I can’t help but wonder how a TV would fit in living room though

💃 The great blue/black vs. white/gold #DressGate wouldn’t have been a thing if every walk-in closet had a window. Nice touch, Elisa!

This transformation is dramatic and so beautiful! You have excellent taste and interior design talent !! These light fixtures are so pretty and eye catching! It’s really interesting how anyone could have chosen to cover those gorgeous floors . If I were in a position to do house flipping right now I’d take your course ! Maybe one day 😊🌿

Oh, this is gorgeous! I am glad you kept the solid pony wall on the staircase😍. It gives a little more privacy to the bedroom area on the first floor, and more wall space in the front room area for artwork or a TV. Besides, no one enjoys having to dust stair balusters. 😍

Nice work, Elisa! It never fails to amaze me how lightening up the palette with paint and making everything consistent, clean and modern can so radically transform a home. I love everything you did with the yard and exterior. Those little windows upstairs just made the house look weird and cheap. The new windows, consistent throughout, were to me the best investment after opening it up inside. You never showed us the outside deck (staircase?) off one of the upstairs bedrooms. What was that? I also love the kitchen cabinets you chose: different but classy and understated. The light fixtures were all gorgeous and worked well together. The walk-in closet was amazing and you really outdid yourself on all the bathrooms. I'd be interested in some observations on the real estate market, interest rates and shrinking profit margins. I am surprised you didn't make more on this one, but you did well. Are you slowing down the number of projects you take on? Another amazing effort. Congrats, Elisa.

I really appreciate the two toned kitchen cabinets. It gives the space such a grounded feeling and with the white countertops the kitchen now looks huge and very fresh. Your stagers continuously do very creative arrangements that lend just the right touches that are relatable, not too over the top which can be off-putting.

Really love the high end elegant look! And the master bathroom upstairs was everything along with the huge walk in closet. If a may make a suggestion, I feel like painting the bricks and horizontal siding on the exterior white would have given a nice contrast with the gray. I also feel like the lower cabinets in the kitchen looked really busy, and a perhaps a solid color would’ve tied it together better. Amazing work thought!

Love all the wood tones. I would have made the kitchen bigger. No need for a breakfast nook and dining room in the same space imo.

I had to watch it a couple of times to understand that you must have moved the recessed part of the primary suite forward to accommodate a bigger bathroom and closet. Great use of space all around and the buyers got a good deal; you should be very proud of your work. About how many houses do you do in one year?

Leaving the mature bushes would have been better. Just prune them if it was that big of a deal. Also, where does the television in the living room go now that the wall was taken down. It just doesn't fuction.

No there isn't With the stairwell right in the middle, there is no room for another bathroom. I wish it was. Unless they choose to use that space as a office or something.

The only partially good of this house flip is the bathroom. I said partial because there is not much contrast between dark and bright color. It is like being in mental asylum rather than comfy house.
The chandelier looks cheap to me. Seriously, cylindrical? Use circular but minimalistic one, like the War Room lighting in Dr. Strangelove.
The lawn is also ruined. It was greener before. After the flip, the house looks so dry and hot, like an abandoned house somewhere in a desert.

  • @emilys9782

Beautiful house, but poor staging. The size of the living room is completely lost with a tiny little rug and sofas crammed in the corner. The style of the staging in the bedrooms doesn't match the modern look throughout the rest of the home.
