What do you do with your milk? Sell it for cheese/yogurt, or do you process it yourself? How old are the lambs when you separate them from their moms?

We sell our milk to a company who then makes cheese, we would like eventually to make our own cheese on site. We only make cheese for ourselves and friends at the moment the rest of the milk gets collected to the company. Our lambs are nearly 3 month old and on solid foods before we take them from there mother's. All lambs are content as they eat more solids then milk. 🙂 thank you for commenting. 🙂

@BGFarmsadventures , I have worked with sheep and certainly enjoy sheep cheese. It is difficult to obtain in the US and very expensive.

@atticuskilby515 sheep cheese here is around 15 to 20 BGN per kg of cheese. It is very tasty and very good for you to eat. I enjoy making it for family and friends. It's yummy 🙂
