Thank you! Sitting infront of a computer all day l hv thought the posture correctors would be the solution but see now that they are just a small part of it. Great clear video🙌🏻
Dear BFE I'm usually not the one who writes comments but this time I had to. The video is quite insightful but during the whole course of this I was wondering and almost hoping that you would also talk about how to fix those issues in that that checklist. It was such a joy (and relief) to have you pointing us towards another video that talks about remedial measures for that checklist. That's so considerate of you and that's how content should be. Subscribing with immediate effect!
Super informative video. There is a lot of hype about posture correctors so it's good to get a health professionals perspective on their use. Thanks very much Stefan.
I haven't done a specific video on hip flexor--it's a big topic--but I cover two of the most important hip flexors, the Psoas & Rectus Femoris, in this video... ruclips.net/video/gsVWo88oMkc/видео.html (The link has a time stamp that will take you straight to that section). Tight hip flexors can cause a lot of lumbar problems and the TFL and Rectus Fem tend to form trigger points (& I've never seen a video on how to release them) so I'll try to cover it soon. (I've got a long list of to-do vids!)
No. A posture brace alone isn't nearly enough. You need to do posture exercises to strengthen & stretch muscles, and mobilise joints. I have videos on that
Have you tried a posture corrector? What did you think? (P.S. Here's the link to the exercises for the rest of things we need to correct in the posture checklist... ruclips.net/video/VmV4IN6EJQA/видео.html )

Hey Lotta! Yeah, it's a pity really. Better 1/6 instead of 0/6 though, I guess. Thanks for the encouragement. Appreciated!

More clips including the cat! Cats know how to stretch. Humans have a lot to learn from them, even proprioception. Hehehe.
He features in about 20 of my videos I'd say. He's the best. 😻
You make video on knock knee
I'll add it to my future video list Rahul
So you would recommend us only doing posture exercises and strengthening the muscles or do you still think posture correctors are a good investment?
I personally prefer to just do the exercises
What is the brand of the posture corrector u have in the vid?
TBO I don't know. I got it on Amazon and gave it to a patient. 🤷🏼♂️
