I got a question about calculating total HVAC demand optional method. When you calculated the load for heat, you multiplied it by 1.25. Where that come from? I read 220.82 and din not find nothing about it.
I am guessing because it's a heat pump??
Hello Coach. I’m hoping you can answer this question since I’m confused and can’t find anything in the code book. Where does the 125% comes from when doing the heating VA calculation using the optional method ? Are we supposed to consider it as a continuous load ? I NEED HELP PLEASE….

I'm confused on what you are calling General Square ft. VA's at 3 VA/sf.... This 3 VA/sf I thought was for General LIGHTING load? Maybe that what you are referencing also but just without saying lighting... Thanks for your help. My C-10 tet is Monday 4/18. I just saw your tests download for $15 I think on your website.. I'll probably download that tomorrow.
