TBone is Watch Dogs series' soul character, I can't believe that Watch Dogs 3 doesn't have him in it… I mean… What happens to him after 2? He's just gonna walk the earth after BLUME and CTOS went down?
I think that there's a part of a side quest in Legion where Wrench tells a member of Dedsec Cairo to greet Ray for him. I would assume after having a GOOD experience with a dedsec chapter, Ray decides to join the cause, if only tangentially.
Edit: I assume that in the writers' minds, Ray had served his character arc and played the part of a mentor. Would have been cool to see him in Legion doing something like breaking into Sky Larson's home to investigate her at the same time as Dedsec, though. Cuz T-bone Grady always has a nose for those sorts of suspicious activities.
