did mine just the other day on my 2003 civic, took 10 minutes tops, i just pulled out each coil by the connectors. saved me 2-300 easily.

Why would you take that whole harness off, alternator cable, etc to get to the plugs? All you need to do is pull off the coil pack/boot. They can just unhook and you are done. That was about 10 times the work necessary. Otherwise, good video.

I know right lol. Takes 2 seconds to take coils out

I was just thinking that too lol

Was thinking the same thing, was confused as to what was going on. The coil packs come out without doing all that work..

You made it super hard for yourself to do spark plugs. Also be careful with applying anti seize to spark plugs, most don't need that.

+The GerberSteve remove the little cover. Unbolt the Coilpacks, unplug them, remove, and rest of the way with spark plugs was the same lol

+The GerberSteve lol I've done it enough to shorten any step. No alternator unbolting nor no negative unplugged

    Great job!
Everyone has their own way of replaceming spark plugs-never😂forget the ghetto spark plug tool...That was fast and easy. First time ive ever seen this done. As an old senior 61 can also do this in a heart beat. Instead of paying 80.00 next time.
    Thanks!

How about...just pull your 15 amp eco fuse.Remove coil harness cover.Remove 10mm coil hold down nuts.Unplug each coil.Pull them up and off.Take spark plugs out.Put new plugs in.Reverse procedure.Takes ten minutes with electric ratchet.
