No, there's no priority given in the resolution of Destructive. NAAs tend to resolve all at once without any passing of priority and it's arsenal destruction is a resolution effect. Wizard cards can throw people off a lot because they are for all intents and purposes attacks. But where the rules and combat are concerned they are not attack actions and play by very different rules.

Yeah I figured as much. I know for certain Sonic boom doesn't work that way so my logic dictated that DA worked that same exact way
