at 27:38, in retrospect, the play was kinda perfect because the odds should be in my favor. I only saw 2 yellow heralds while having a lot of them in the deck, to gamble the higher odds play i think i made the right play, also since the game is still quite early and there is still a lot of value to be had on the halo i thought about not using it, not quite sure if your line was better (not results oriented).
Yeah I think there may be merit to this, but the "fail state" of having 2 figments in hand that you can't play is quite poor What do you think the odds were to hit off light of sol, out of curiosity. Maybe something we should've calculated

@@LedZeppelinPlays So I think to get the loop started you need a couple thing setup 1. A decent buffer of soul (like probably 3-5) 2. Erudition/Rebirth Figments out or available with halo 3. A decent life buffer I think the reason I would pop halo there is more so we can accomplish 1 and try to find either a better aura/herald so we can start chipping in. If we don't halo there, we can flip an angel, but we lose out on that soul buffer that I think makes the loop possible from my understanding

I would argue figment of war is kinda important to win with the loop as it is how you scale the loop and actually win

if i would protect the loop i would use either, but then i would not remove the two figments of the table
