- Another ride in a USAF F-16. .94mach or roughly 620 knots and climbing from 300 feet to over 3 miles. Shot with a Garmin Virb 360 during Oshkosh EAA Airventure 2018.

Is there a list that I have to sign in order go get a ride in a jet and how long is the list of people that are waiting to get a ride in a jet so I can experience it first hand?? I was wondering if a pilot could land at a smaller airport and pick up a person that they know and give them a ride if they they borrow a2 seated? Is that possible??? What's the quickest and easiest way a person can get a ride in a fighter jet??I see a lot of rich and famous people taking rides in these airplanes but what about just normal everyday taxpayer,we should be able to take rides in them also since we pay taxes correct??
Unfortunately, there is no fast track to getting a ride. Specific celebrities are usually picked to help bolster the recruiting message. The Thunderbirds will fly hometown heroes nominated by the their community.
@@AfterburnPodcast I'm not looking to join the biggest terrorist organization in the world, which is the US military, I just want to take a ride in one to see exactly what my tax dollars are being spent on and make sure its up to par..This is why I am no longer going to file a tax return ever again..
