This might be long:
I have an insert charm scene for about anything in my Magical Girl arsenal.
For transformation, I do this:
Magical Girl Phoebe form: Swipe hand across the Majoka Porte
Mirai Crystal and other charms: Scan as if it were a Majoka Jewel
Star Color Pen and Fairy Tone: Tap the emblem
Pretty Cure henshin devices and other Mahou Shojo devices: As seen in this video and in other series
Also, when I summon an item, I either call the device's name or summon a charm with a swipe of my hand
