- I'm going back to Egypt this October!! I am partnering with @brienfoerster on a tour from October 1st - 14th that visits all of the incredible Ancient Egyptian sites! Unfortunately, I personally will only be able to be in country for the first 4 days of this tour :( But, I am thrilled that I'll at least be visiting the Giza Pyramids for the second time in less than a year! If you ever had a desire to travel to Egypt, I highly recommend you do it sooner rather than later...as this ever changing world may cast limitations on in the future. And having just did a nearly two week tour in Peru with Brien, I couldn't be more excited to be travelling to Egypt with him, and so soon. Hope to see you there!

North African and Middle Eastern Christian women love Americans lol I swear if you ever visited, you’d come back married lol Although I met my wife in America, I knew she was rare by how she treated me and I made sure to never loose her, she is an Iraqi Christian. We are married now! We go to an Assyrian Orthodox church full of Christian girls from Africa and the Middle East and it would blow your mind at how much different they are compared to typical American girls of the younger generation. Very very humble, don’t believe in vanity and social media, believe in biblical wively and mother hood, And all very successful!

Women from the middle east and north Africa are the best! I married a An Iraqi Christian girl, but her friends and other Christians from Africa and the Middle East that go to our Church are so nice and pure, and always smile! Their culture is so much more genuine and pure and their self esteem isn’t based on attention and vanity but rather how well they take care of their family and how well of a wife and mother they are.

When I traveled to India I had loads of people taking their picture with me and shaking my hand and I have no clue why. At one point 5 high school aged kids lined up to shake my hand. Maybe they thought I was some one else or Maybe they just want to show their friends that they met an American? I didnt have a channel or anything. Its was so weird lol but a good weird
Middle class people cannot travel from their country for various reasons including difficulty and money, so when they find someone who is different from them, they treat them in a special way. Everyone wants to see the world, but not everyone can do that

I have noticed that as well. There is probably more than one reason but 1 is possibly because in America we are very used to seeing lots of different people both who live here and are traveling, whereas somewhere like India you probably mostly only see other Indians. So when you see someone different for the first time in perhaps years, it would be eventful enough to want to meet them. Whereas if you live in an American city you see practically every type of person every day so it's just normal. It also seems though that Indians in particular idealize Americans a little bit which is interesting.

Just a heads up... Pretty sure part of the pyramid construction was found documented on some 4,500+ year old papyrus found in a cave like 6 or so years ago. Some of it is on display in Cairo. So... Idk if they are as old as you might think. It mentions loading a ship with stone and taking it up the Nile to the site. This being said, I had some questions that don't seem to be answered. Like, how are they sure that it's discussing construction? What if it's an add on or repair? Idk. I wish I could have someone read them all and show them. But yeah. Pyramids may not be as old as you think. But who knows. Still doesn't explain how they did it.
