The only way to help this problem is watching a screen burn fix video it helps blend the pixels so it doesn't look as burned but there's really nothing that can fix it other than a screen replacement don't leave your phone on static images for a long time either
I never experienced burn in like that with any of the OLED phones I owned. My iPhone X I had 3 years ago didn’t had burn in issues and the display was up all the up. I did avoid constant static images and I do that as well on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I would dim the display if there’s a static image. For the most time, I have it maxed out because I am playing or watching content with a lot of motion. My 2 month old iPhone 13 Pro Max has absolutely no burn in!
Why doesn’t your iPhone have True Tone? I suspect the reason why those two screens are very different in color temp is because the X screen is a replacement
the main reason for burn ins are heat from the device , the hotter your device is the most likely your screen is gonna get a burn in , so yes while auto brightness is a good way to keep those burn ins from occurring , keeping your phone at a good temperature makes it even more better. that is very true in my experiemce. mobiles no matter how expensive will have a burn in if you watch or game too much and let them get hot. static images are less likely to cause a burn if the phone is kept cold by using it as your grandma would...

You can take two brand new iPhone 11, swap the display and the phone will say it can’t verify if the display is genuine. Don’t use auto brightness it will turn your brightness very high if your somewhere very bright and Drain battery. Your better off keeping it at a not too low brightness but also not too bright so you can see properly though, that will probably reduce screen burn in Also for people wondering, burn in can still happen in LCDs but instead is black and should recover eventually not requiring a screen replacement.

Don’t let your iPhone get to 0% and die. Charge it multiple times throughout the day whenever you have access to a charger. Once mine hits 60% I plug it in until it’s at 85%. They say this is the best way to keep optimal battery health. Also, try not to let the battery overheat if you have a thick case on it take it off while charging, especially with fast charging and wireless charging.
My iphone 14 plus in warranty, just 6 months old facing oled burn in issue. All the time battery icon and network bars remain active on screen even when I am on a grey or dark wallpaper zoom in. Go to a service store and ask for repair costs, if it’s a reasonable price to fixing the problem then you can do it but, ask for a fixed price so, afterwards they can’t charge you more than the fixed price. @@anthonycardona2866 the iPhone XR and the 11 both have LCD displays so they don’t get affected by burn in since they’re only active in OLED panels. iPhone 8 Plus and below also have a LCD display and they also don’t suffer from this.

They say to shut off the device for over an hour to try to help clear image retention but if it’s true burn in then there is nothing to be done really.
Apple burn-in is by burning in ALL pixels at the same rate. This causes a brightness drop and a pink hue. It can never be fixed. OLED-pixels have a set lifespan. The more you use it, the more 'health' it loses. It can never be recovered, but the effects can be 'hidden' like Apple automatically does.
I have the 6s and sometimes the keyboard has sort of burned in or more like a temporary ghost image. After a couple of minutes it dissapears. But idgaf actually😂

We have the same issue. If my brightness is high, the burn in is unnoticeable but if the brightness is low, it’s visible. It’s like fading away and if the background is darker, you can notice it more. I dont know but i hate it
Saying don't purchase a second hand iPhone if it has that message is a bit silly. It doesn't mean the display is bad. It could still be an Apple part and still say that or a high end replacement screen. Is reduce white point off? I noticed my phone was darker then ones I get in my shop and I guess I turned off the white point and it darkened my screen, it’s a lot broghter and probably saved my screen a lot of wear and tear over the months of use. You should check yous to make sure that’s not why it’s darker

@@Gameralisan yeah mines stopped now, I recommend always having brightness on low, always updating and not using it while you sleep, (listening to ambience etc) and make sure the phone only does around once per month but you should also use it a lot less

My screen burn in is the RUclips shorts buttons. It’s like faintly there and definitely more noticeable when I’m on a random page that’s white.

B. Barajas i fixed mine by reducing the white point to a 35%
When you get burn-in on a lcd then you just turn it off for 2 days and its back to normal but when you have an oled screen the burn in stays

I noticed my phone was darker then ones I get in my shop and I guess I turned off the white point and it darkened my screen, it’s a lot broghter and probably saved my screen a lot of wear and tear over the months of use. You should check yous to make sure that’s not why it’s darker
This is happening to my 6s and it’s getting extremely hot to where you can feel the heat through the phone case my burn in is always at the bottom where keyboards usually are

@@Gameralisan yeah mines stopped now, I recommend always having brightness on low, always updating and not using it while you sleep, (listening to ambience etc) and make sure the phone only does around once per month but you should also use it a lot less

I just bought a renewed iPhone X everything works but the screen it’s border isn’t smooth it’s kinda out about the width of a finger nail and it’s edges are straight like not smooth like a edge.

i remember i got the exact same screen burn in on my iphone 6 and 6s which was the keyboard being burned and i was so confused getting it on my 6s and had the brightness low most of the time. maybe it was the aging of the LCD screens so i’m kinda nervous with my XR even tho the screen is more advanced and i only had it since black friday.
Ravonie Sidbury don’t be nervous you won’t have a issue unless it’s not the original screen. What he didn’t say is Apple uses three types of display and they don’t burn in at all unless your device stays on the same screen for 2 days straight. But since your a normal person you will never leave your screen on the same thing for that long so have fun and don’t let this false video get to you.

useless 600nits and 800nits brightness!! on the newer iphone if we maintain the brightness about 50 to 60%. you buy a iphone worth $999 and their screen is so fragile.
