I just made this and it was the best thing i ever made. My wife and i loved it so much were gonna do it every year. This is genius and so elegant! I did a chopped gruyere sausage with the gravy but everything else is exactly the same. I baked it at like 430 until 165. Amazing. Thank you so much genius chef guy!
