- What do professional traders use and what do they look at to make long term trades? By professional traders, i mean currency traders in hedge funds who have trained for years to trade the currency markets.

Of course, different professional traders use different trading strategies but they do have some things in common. If you want to get an idea of how professional traders trade, they definitely don't put that much focus on technical analysis.
A lot of professional traders i know focus on fundamental analysis, intermarket analysis and sentiment analysis because these are what drive the markets. I'll share more in this video on what do professional traders study

I've been searching heavy for well rounded content like what you have on your channel but the internet is saturated with pure technical analysis vids. I literally have to individually search things like macroeconomics, microeconomics, sentiment analysis, discipline, psychology etc.. & try to merge them. You're one of the first who talks about it all. You're a unicorn my friend. Thanks 🤝🏽
The difference is i studied finance in university and i come from a finance background having a network of friends who are hedge fund managers and bank traders. Lots of people just teach on youtube when they don't even have a basic finance qualification. They ruin the reputation of this industry

About the forex correlation shared by Ms. Karen during the webinar, previous video, can I ask should we look at it daily or weekly or monthly frame? Does it depend if I’m looking at weekly chart for trading, then I should have looking at the forex correlation in weekly frame for the currency pair?? One thing I've truly learn from trading is that only trade with what you're willing to loose and to control one's own emotions. Combined with good emotions control and good fundamentals in trading, a person may become more consistent in trading which I've seen a lot of your videos make a point to remember.
