The sheer strength this beautiful soul has is breathtaking…she is so aware of her trauma, realises the harm done and yet embraces it in order to grow her spirit because of it….an absolute true beacon of light in such a dark dark world ❤️🙏🏼 I just want to hug her and say how sorry i am on behalf of this sick world that she should have never ever been treated so badly ❤️

i hate the way i become what the other person needs. but i cant make it stop so i cant be around anyone its like i inadvertently help them take advantage of me and i cant stop it. ive never her someone explain it that way before about the child with no choice
You may have an inner part that feels they have no free will. Learning to parent that part and let them know that they have free will can be very empowering. A Therapist who is familiar with Internal Family Systems may be able to help you with this.
Anneke gets the attention from the world but oddly enough in Belgium her narrative continues to be silenced/ disregarded. How come this is possible? What is still there to get unveiled?
