I keep hearing the word "safe" in this meeting, but it doesn't seem to be used regarding the actual safety of anyone. It seems to be used in a rather vague way to encompass potential or projected feelings of someone, and therefore justify regulations restricting the behavior and/or speech of students.

Your spending 25% on equity and only10% on staff retention when you have vacancies. Your spending 25% on equity and only 15% on student attendance and only 15% on reading and math achievement when your students can barely read and certainly can't pass a basic GED math test. Get it together and stop catering to a tiny minority just because of politics. You all should be ashamed.
