Yes agree. I've cross posted this video to Peter Windsor's analysis (in this playlist) and also to SkyF1 (also in this playlist) and see if the unbiased public will maybe find this important video evidence in my opinion and decide for themselves. Thanks for commenting to my brand new channel!
I would say racing accident. Moving under breaking argument is in my opinion false. Max always veers left before turning to the right in this corner. Can see his (epic) pole lap. Does the exact same thing. For Max this is his racing line. I don't think FIA can fault him for taking his own optimal racing line when he's leading. Where most other drivers will break to their lowest speed before turning into a corner max corrects his angle and breaking multiple times in a turn. This is is driving style. As far as the incident. Can see Lando growing frustrated (demanding even that Max gives back position after forcing him of the track) which for me shows his frustration along with both divings in inside forcing Max wide (hats off that he managed to avoid contact on both occations) Then at the actual incident Max veers left as he always does for this corner but with the assisted DRS Lando's front wing is now side by side with Max's rear. So he veers left (as he always does) but much less so then he normally would. If you count car's width to the white line... Then yes Max gives a little less then a car's width. He could have given 30 cm more to be an official cars width. So yes that part is Max's fault. But Lando was emotional and didnt veer left to go more left (and still would be well within the white lines with his right part of car) Both drivers could have done (a little) more to avoid contact. But this is racing and fractions of fractions in heat of moment I would argue it's a solid racing incident. As for FIA i think they dropped the ball again. If you're gonna penalize you should do so consistantly. Lando forced max off track twice by diving in inside and never able to break in to for the corner. Never got penalized for this. If you'd argue that MAX should have gotten black and white for moving under breaking. Lando should have gotten one as well for forcing driver off track. Great video though. Hope it's allowed to stay up! p.s. ruclips.net/video/mAGGBkyqaww/видео.html Perfect example of why its racing. 0:45 Verstappen with DRS on Sainz. Sainz veers left. Essentially squeezing Max over the line (was way less then what he left Norris) And Max hits the breaks a little earlier and swaps to the inside. Easy peasy.
Yes, you won't see this elsewhere as far as I know and why I did this project wanted to find out what it really looked like from both perspectives. Peter Windsor did an analysis and I think is about the only F1 pundit that agrees with my take and perhaps yours and the above comment. This is a new channel and want this to go viral to please Like and Subscribe since am already in dispute with F1 copyright gatekeepers since posted a 4K version was Blocked and also a version with the International Feed. I say Fair Use and if someone else official is doing something like this split screen have better things to do but thought was important project.....Thanks for watching and posting a comment.
Norris' fault

Very whinny Lando.
