The owners are obviously very passionate about how they developed the vintage theme of their home. Yet their narration accompanying the house tour is so calm and soothing. Love this charming home. A 零屋 to reset indeed. Well done guys! 🎉🎉🎉 And big thanks to Stacked Homes for another beautiful feature.
Bloody hell, this might be my favorite home that i've ever seen on RUclips. So much character, warmth, and energy. Thank you for sharing this with the world!
Not only is it functional, but the house is also full of character. The couple is full of love, and that love permeates the entire house. You can see the passion and affection they have for each other reflected in every single piece of furniture and item in their home. Just loving it!
Their home radiates love and personality in every corner. It's truly inspiring to see such a beautifully curated space filled with warmth and character.
Hahaha....I had to check if I was on the right channel when I saw the couple introducing the vintage items piece by piece instead of the space designated for respective use. And I thought the items were really interesting! To stay in a home bustling with memories, even if there is no specific style to speak of, is such a pleasure! Lucky couple! ❤
i love love love that they are giving us the backstories of the memorable items that are displayed in their space. it really tells us a lot more about the owner and their home, rather than just the usual talks about the layout and furniture of the place. so much love and personality in this space!
The items in the house bring back fond memories especially for the green spot which I remember drinking in the 60 and the kodak adverts billboard that was once a giant to no more
lovely home! i can see why this couple are together! kinda place u can just look around and admire n ask about certain pieces with a story behind! almost like a trinket museum of sorts!
This is how a home should be for me, very personal and place that you can be who you are. Even tho it is not my style, the passion of the owner making me love the house, not to mention it is so neat despite the amount of item in it.
Good, that they knocked down the walls! Such a nice living space / kitchen area now. Very cozy because of their collection. Though a nightmare to keep clean. That 'fence' at the entrance is marvelous! Lets in all the light and yet makes it separate. Such difference plants make to a place as well!. The bathroom is too dark and the dining room is 'lost space' for most of the time. I would have made that the living room to watch TV in. Or the kids room, but they don't have any (yet?). Hate the cheap tube light above the dining table. So there they lose some points. But overall a truly personalized welcoming home.
I loooove this house, it reminds of my in-laws in rural area in Malaysia but they translated into modern way. And I am so jealous for collecting for all these nice art works. I shall look for some next time when I go back.
Très bel intérieur ❤ beaucoup d'histoires et de personnalité cette authenticité me ravi c'est agréable d'Honoré avec beauté et goût bravo pour ce mariage avec l'époque et la modernité ❤🎉
Cool place - thanks for the tour. I live in a loft and I've always wanted to do a tour video - problem is, I don't have enough collectibles or interesting conversation pieces like these guys do!
i like they took the dive to stay in where they are staying now. nicely done inside. but i would be concerned with what and who are my neighbours, below and above me. those shophouses have a very mixed tenant, ranging from massage parlour to F&B and migrant dorm. so it doesnt give me the pure residential vibes and serenity. if you know, you know. Facing Lavender street, there is a very busy junction. soundproofing is much needed for some good rest.
Comfortable, and not off-putting. Relaxed, so visitors are relaxed. This is how I would decorate. I hate walking into a home with expensive, perfect items. I would have items, that I would not care, is a visitor broke.
Great the furniture's are move able. I'd think the collection area might be too close to a cooking area. Need to protect them from the elements damages.
What I mean is that they said their neighborhood has "old-world charm," and it didn't look that way to me. It looked like sardines packed tightly together.
After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place. I remember when Retirement took a toll on my finances, but with my involvement in the digital market, $27,000 weekly returns has been life changing. AWESOME GOD
Lots of efforts to get these vintage items. Massive constant maintenance to keep out the dust for the items too. Low seating chairs or sofa actually can be quite tiring i think.
It's weird to me (and impractical) to have the dining room so far away from the kitchen. Put a smaller dining table and chairs in the sitting area by the bar. Turn that room into a living room with comfortable, normal-sized furniture. Also, the apartment is too dim for my liking. No windows in the kitchen.
They are an integral part of the space. To me they show how much personality and unique flavour the owners have put into their home. Too much focus nowadays on chasing the latest trends... It's great to see someone who just did their own thing.
A) You don't know that. They might have tried for years... They might not be able to. Who shares such private details about his life with total strangers?! B) It might be sad, but if they actually PLAN not to have kids, it's not. Just because most people want kids, doesn't mean they have to find fulfillment there. It's not like Asia isn't contributing enough to the world population. Conclusion: your comment lacks insight and consideration.
This is how a home should be for me, very personal and place that you can be who you are. Even tho it is not my style, the passion of the owner making me love the house, not to mention it is so neat despite the amount of item in it.

I hope you guys ship to NZ. 😢
This house is full of memories and personalities. I believe the owners will be with each other for a long time because they share so much together.
judging by the way she laughed at 5:22, i think so too
It is! That's what also makes this house so charming 😊
Thank you❤ we have a ton of stories. Have a cuppa with us!
i like homes that feel like the items in them have been collected, not bought one time from mass manufacturers, if that makes sense. beautiful.
Us too! That's what make these homes timeless 🙌
The owners are obviously very passionate about how they developed the vintage theme of their home. Yet their narration accompanying the house tour is so calm and soothing. Love this charming home. A 零屋 to reset indeed. Well done guys! 🎉🎉🎉
And big thanks to Stacked Homes for another beautiful feature.
Beautifully said! This home is truly a serene retreat.😌
You two share the same tastes and hobbies as a couple. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together.
It’s wonderful when shared interests bring a couple closer. Wishing them the best in their journey together too! 😊
The lady owner is so well spoken, a great presenter!!! Love her voice
Absolutely agree! Her voice adds such elegance to the tour.
What a refreshing change from the monochrome/scandi look! So much flavor and colour to this unit, super love!
Such vibrant personality in every corner
Bloody hell, this might be my favorite home that i've ever seen on RUclips. So much character, warmth, and energy. Thank you for sharing this with the world!
It’s a rare gem that leaves such an impression. Glad you enjoyed the tour!

Thank you for saying this! Shu and I are constantly reminded of our journey together as a couple as we look back on these items ❤
Their home radiates love and personality in every corner. It's truly inspiring to see such a beautifully curated space filled with warmth and character.

We love it too! Makes the house really charming 🙌

It's like each piece has its own story to tell. Love the personal touch!
the breeze block kitchen island is beautiful 😮💨🔥
We think so too!
the lady's voice is so soothing and a very great presenter
Glad you enjoyed her presentation! Her voice does add a calming touch to the whole experience. 😊
It's memories which cannot go back anymore.
But it's nice to reminisce 😊
finally not a condo... so much more spirit and soul! great deco, very cosy, love it!
Exactly! It has real character. Glad you enjoyed the décor!
The beautiful house aside, the couple also shine. Look at them look at each other throughout the video. So effin cute!
Their love shines through every corner of the house.
The items in the house bring back fond memories especially for the green spot which I remember drinking in the 60 and the kodak adverts billboard that was once a giant to no more
Such nostalgic pieces really make the house come alive with memories! Thanks for sharing!
Ideal combination of pieces that stand alone as far as being interesting visually AND having a personal story behind them. Well done!!
Love how each piece has its own story! Truly a curated masterpiece.
the kodak light is such a mood, especially at night.
So true, wonderful addition to the home 💯
This is really an artistic, innovative couple with an intriguing artefact-filled home!
Absolutely, their home is a true work of art!

lovely home! i can see why this couple are together!
kinda place u can just look around and admire n ask about certain pieces with a story behind! almost like a trinket museum of sorts!
Thank you! They love filling their home with meaningful pieces and stories. 😊
A very sympathetic fit out, and I really enjoyed their eclectic style of decor.
Thanks for your kind words!
Dream retro home for this couple. Nice.
Wonderful right? Perfect home for the couple 😊
This is how a home should be for me, very personal and place that you can be who you are. Even tho it is not my style, the passion of the owner making me love the house, not to mention it is so neat despite the amount of item in it.
Thank you! Creating a personal and authentic space was the goal.
I love this home so very much. It so full of wonder and memories.
Thank you! We're glad it resonates with you! 😊
Good, that they knocked down the walls! Such a nice living space / kitchen area now. Very cozy because of their collection. Though a nightmare to keep clean. That 'fence' at the entrance is marvelous! Lets in all the light and yet makes it separate. Such difference plants make to a place as well!.

Hate the cheap tube light above the dining table. So there they lose some points. But overall a truly personalized welcoming home.
Haha knocking down the walls made such a big difference to the natural light, we love it! No kids yet but that would be the idea in the future 😊
Thanks for the detailed observations! Each choice adds character, even if it's not everyone's taste.😊
I loooove this house, it reminds of my in-laws in rural area in Malaysia but they translated into modern way. And I am so jealous for collecting for all these nice art works. I shall look for some next time when I go back.
Such a great blend of nostalgia and modern design! Those art pieces really add a unique touch too.😊
In conclusion. everything is beautiful & well balanced, including the hosts
Thank you for your kind words!
This only happens when a couple is so in synch with each other...
They really are and it's beautiful!
The vibe is so relaxed, unlike the airBnB types of houses devoid of personal items.
Thanks for noticing the personal touch! Creating a relaxed vibe is what it's about 😊
A super cool home bursting with personality , with equally cool owners. One of the most unique features on this channel!
Truly is a unique home, and very cool owners! Glad you enjoyed the video! 🥰
Très bel intérieur ❤ beaucoup d'histoires et de personnalité cette authenticité me ravi c'est agréable d'Honoré avec beauté et goût bravo pour ce mariage avec l'époque et la modernité ❤🎉
Such a beautiful, interesting space. Every piece placed with love and intention. Well done👌🏾
Exactly, every piece brings a memory 😊

Definitely adds a unique vibe! "Mellow yellow" all the way-bright and cheerful, just like life should be!
What a lovely and inspiring home!
Thank you so much! Glad it inspired you 😊
My neigbour's family was the manufacturer of green spot in Indonesia. such a nostalgic drink from my childhood
That's really incredible! It would be nostalgia in every sip!
Omgggg really? Green spot collectibles are worth keeping now!
This is such a beautiful project, amazing job!
Thanks for watching!
A shophouse home with kopi shop vibe, curated with playful vintage objects carrying the rich past of Sg! ❤
Truly captures the essence of Singaporean heritage!
Love how kitch and camp the place is
Glad you appreciate the vibes! Thanks for watching!
Love the look and feel of the space! It's modern, but homely. What is that general wall colour?
This is one of the example of how vintage could win over some over modernized cold designs, really cosy from the mix retro
Thanks for noticing! We love how vintage adds warmth and charm to the space. 😊
this house has unique character
It does! The home has so much soul

Few common trends these days
1. Vinyl Player
2. Espresso Machines
3. Restored Grills
4. Paranakan tiles
5. Lime wash walls
6. Missed matched dining table chairs.
You are not wrong!
Spot on! These trends are everywhere lately.
*mismatched
Cool place - thanks for the tour. I live in a loft and I've always wanted to do a tour video - problem is, I don't have enough collectibles or interesting conversation pieces like these guys do!
Thanks for sharing! Your loft sounds awesome-every space has its own unique charm! 😊
We have collectibles but don’t have enough loft 😅
Is there a weblink to the private dining by Shu?
Amazing apartment. Subscribed. Cheers from Mexico.
Awesome! Thank you! 😊
i like they took the dive to stay in where they are staying now. nicely done inside. but i would be concerned with what and who are my neighbours, below and above me. those shophouses have a very mixed tenant, ranging from massage parlour to F&B and migrant dorm. so it doesnt give me the pure residential vibes and serenity. if you know, you know.
Facing Lavender street, there is a very busy junction. soundproofing is much needed for some good rest.
Thanks for the insights! It's definitely a unique location with its own set of challenges. 😊
Is there a link to their private dining?
The details are to die for! ❤
Exactly! We're very happy to be able to feature them 😊
No, they're not.
They are introducing their vintage collection than the house - that says so much about the reno and ID hahaha
😂
Comfortable, and not off-putting. Relaxed, so visitors are relaxed. This is how I would decorate. I hate walking into a home with expensive, perfect items. I would have items, that I would not care, is a visitor broke.
Comfortable and inviting is the way to go 😊
breeze blocks.. in malaysia we call it batu angin.. btw... 5:22 her laugh is so contagious 😂
Thanks for the info 😊 Her laugh is indeed contagious haha
She explained the kitchen’s layout seconds after I just had the thought of their space looking like a restaurant.
Haha, perfectly encaptured those vibes 😁
Any idea where i can get the giant clock on the floor in the dining room?
Love the cinderblock island!
Us too! Glad you love it!

where is their home? i would love to try the food at her place. watching this vedio is like watch a movie, i like the couple. they are so sweet .
where is the large format backsplash tiles from?
Love your home.
Thank you 😊 the home is amazing
Lovely space. If I owned it, I would clear anything I don't use. Keep it minimal and clean. Give away all the stuff I don't use.
Thank you! To each their own 😊
Cool, the only thing I am fed up with is the donut lamp. Why of why does everyone copy that?
Where is that mini banker lamp from? I need that
Maaan.. In love with that lady 😶😍
Are you in love with the home too? 😁
Show more of the layout, less of the knick-knacks.
I like your home style.
Thank you! Glad you appreciate the style of the home.
Is the kitchen island custom made? So interesting
Yes it is! There’s hidden custom shelving on the other side not shown
Did not get the sign board translation😂How it is winning man company?
Did they even say in which city this place is located?
It's in Jalan Besar, Singapore 😊
Great the furniture's are move able. I'd think the collection area might be too close to a cooking area. Need to protect them from the elements damages.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Cute kitty
Star of the show! 😸
Millennial kitsch.
That's the best way to describe the design language of Ling.
What has he done to you, that you would be this harsh and unkind? Get some psychological help.
@@gardenjoy5223It's an opinion. They don't need "psychological help."
Where u go in msia for antique find?
Hey! Everywhere from malacca to KL!
Old-world charm?!😆
Blending old-world charm with modern comfort. 😊
What I mean is that they said their neighborhood has "old-world charm," and it didn't look that way to me. It looked like sardines packed tightly together.
you visit yogjakarta or jl surabaya jakarta many there for you
female owner could be stackedhomes V/o talent in future
14:25 ZZ Top?🎸
Looks normal actually
Thanks for your honest opinion! 😊
The lady owner sounds alil Filipino.
After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place. I remember when Retirement took a toll on my finances, but with my involvement in the digital market, $27,000 weekly returns has been life changing. AWESOME GOD
Congratulations on your new home and your financial success! That's truly inspiring to hear. 🙌
Lots of efforts to get these vintage items. Massive constant maintenance to keep out the dust for the items too. Low seating chairs or sofa actually can be quite tiring i think.
True, maintaining vintage pieces is no small task. As for low seating, it's definitely an acquired comfort!
Thanks for the feedback! Different strokes for different folks right 😊
they said the antiques are collected beacuse it was from their childhood. did they grow ups in the 50s? they look very good for septuagenarians 😂
They must have timeless taste!
zero house, the zero pronounce as spirit in Mandarin, so its spiritual house, Not reset
It’s fascinating how language can influence our perception of architecture and design. Thank you for sharing that insight!
what draggy video. were 1000 vintage items being introduced already?
They are an integral part of the space. To me they show how much personality and unique flavour the owners have put into their home. Too much focus nowadays on chasing the latest trends... It's great to see someone who just did their own thing.
Vintage overload! They showcased the items well and glad we got to know a bit of their history 😊
Another DINK couple... can the channel review homes owned by families with children? They can be nice too.
We do have videos owned by families with children 😊 Feel free to browse our channel to see
Obviously they are not planning to have kids. And that's sad.
Such an odd statement to make. Considering keeping thoughts like this to yourself.
This is how a home should be for me, very personal and place that you can be who you are. Even tho it is not my style, the passion of the owner making me love the house, not to mention it is so neat despite the amount of item in it.
Thank you! Glad you felt that authenticity! 😊
Any idea where i can get the giant clock in the dining room?
