Not for A or A', its for O, i.e. Triple point. Because we have to mention the exact temperature and pressure of that point. So it has been mentioned in mm.

Mam, when water gets converted from cool water to supercooled water then why there's vapour state too.
There should be only 1 phase na that's liquid phase only !!
Why u have included two phases liquid and gaseous both???
Metastable curve shows the equilibrium between vapour and supercooled liquid phase, that's why there are two phases.
