Mam good explanation, concept is correct but in this video small corrections as per diagram and what you teach that points are different
For ex : you told metastable curve OA' that is in between solid and vapour but you wrote liquid and vapour
Like this in areas also some corrections mam
But in table form it clears all doubt.

Maam at 9:30 u have taken by mistake wrong or opposite are in AOB,AOC It should be vice versa
