Good idea! It has given me an idea to repurpose a large melamine table top, making similar bottom roll around for my craft room! Thanks Anna for the inspiration!
Perfect for my neighbor's garage. She wanted to be more independent in make future projects. Your videos make my female friends more confident to build on their own. Thanks
Hi Ana. Greetings from South Africa.🇿🇦. Watching and enjoying all your videos. Amazing builds. This one is no exception. It looks simple yet functional. Awesome. Keep up the good work and videos. Take care.
I have had a 4x8 sheet of mdf that I filled with clamping holes using the woodpeckers jig (super easy to use) and just have not had time to make a base for it using the plans from my bench guy. This I have time for.
Ana!! Your channel dropped down on my subscribed list, guessing you were probably busy over the summer with family and projects. Found your channel again, lucky me, I get to binge at work tonight to catch up! Really liked the one about the Kreg pocket hole, I think you've convinced me to upgrade mine, I have the basic. I'm retiring soon, and want to get more into woodworking, I think it'll be a great investment. This bench is cool, especially with you having the space for it, and customizing it for your height to make it comfortable for you. I bought a bench from Harbor Freight, Yukon 60 in., Three Drawer Hardwood Workbench, I had a 25% off coupon, and put casters on the feet, to make a moveable reloading bench (another retirement hobby!)
Mine is pretty much the same design except it’s 4’x4’ and with pocket screws and glue holding the skirts on, so no exposed fasteners. The half laps make it very strong. Any of your followers that build this will have an exceptionally stout bench for years to come.
I like the simplicity of the bench and I feel confident I can do it too. Just curious why do you wear hearing protection while using the drill? I never do.
Ana, lots of people have carport or garage workshops. Do you have any thoughts on something like this but with folding legs either like an ironing board or a camel's legs that fold under. It could then be stored on its side when somebody just had to park their car. Great channel and subscribed by the way.
The only thing I don't like about 48 inch wide workbenches is you can't reach stuff on the opposite side and you end up running circles around the bench.
Oh, I haven't even kicked this off yet and I know I"m going to need at least one of these. There was a 2x4' one in roughly the same style I built last summer, but looking at yours it's clear to me why mine has some design weaknesses. I'll probably make it the same height. That other one (wish I could find the vid) had 3/4" holes drilled in the sides at "standard" intervals so they could be easily bolted together, long as you use a couple big washers. I was gonna build 4 of them. But...this'll make more sense in the long run anyway. Not like I'd ACTUALLY spend half my life playing "transformer" with them. o7
Got this done yesterday by myself! Very sturdy and good size for all the projects. Let me know what you think!
The cut-list for the leg block has 3 1/2, but diagrams have 4 3/4. I think 4 3/4 is correct.
You make everything look easy! thank you Ana.
Thank you for watching!
Exactly what I was thinking ❤
I don’t need to build another mobile workbench I already built one… I just like seeing Ana in action! She’s beyond amazing!❤
Thank you for your support!

This was the first work table I built for my new shop. 12 years later it is still the most used work surface in the entire shop.
Awesome!

That's a great idea, I don't have anything like that at this time, but will keep it in mind! Thanks for the sub!!!
@anawhiteDIY do you have a video how to cut a bevel 30 degree angle with a circular saw?
I don't, sorry!
The only thing I don't like about 48 inch wide workbenches is you can't reach stuff on the opposite side and you end up running circles around the bench.
Only if you are short...
(I couldn't resist. My apologies. LoL.)
That's the beauty of it being on wheels my friend
