What should be taken in consideration is that directly after having this procedure done there will be some temporary swelling due to the needle insertions so the face may look better straight after the procedure but you usually have to wait about 7 days or more to get a view of the more longer term result .
Yes, I agree. At that point the patient will either love the results as they are when the swelling goes down, or schedule for a little bit more filler if they preferred some of the fullness that the swelling gave.

Speaking from wisdom and aging. One does not need fillers if any until their 60s. Women are beautiful and become more gorgeous in their 50s. I had upper eyelids and my lower facelift done at 64. Botox never was done right. Only one doctor use dysport properly. Than I had a horrible experience Allergan's Vollure at age 75. The doctor used the wrong product in my tear trough area.. I had an allergic reaction and a yellow lumpy bumps which destroyed my collagen, fat pads. Plus, he used a candula which left a scare and broken blood vessel. Took 4 years to dissipate. Be careful. Avoid fillers unless medically necessary. Wait til after your 50s to do a facelift. Interview several surgeons before you decide. I have had too many friends and clients mess up without doing their due diligence. I'm an esthetician. Peels, facials and good skin care are very important. Make sure you get the right peels for your skin type.

I don’t want my face to look fuller I want it lifted . This is the trouble I keep see in with these treatments in older people. The concept of filling to create volume looks terrible in older people . Its obvious and looks bad . No volume, just lifting . And I personally don’t see any different in before and after 🥴

In a face without much volume filler works well. I’m older and have always had a rounder shaped face. So things have headed south. Jowls ugh. Adding volume to a sagging foundation without addressing muscle first ( face lift) doesn’t work. I agree! I’m 53 and had a ml to lips ( top lip was especially losing volume) and the rest to marionette folds which subtly improved. My plan is a lift and fat transfer mid next year. She has perfect structure for filler I think
Thread lifting just might be what you need, lots of videos on these. They last only 12 months as they dissolve like sutures, but it helps the body produce collagen in the injected areas. If that’s not what you want, then midi facelifts is the next alternative and permanent.

@KMG Ventures It does doesn't matter what brand you put on common table salt , the product is basically the same regardless of the brand . With pure hyaluronic acid it is the same , hyaluronic can be produced in China for less than $10 for a 2mil syringe so paying between $400 and $ 900 a syringe , I consider a real rip off , a real full face lift done by an experienced plastic surgeon takes far more skill and training and better long term results than placing some very overpriced filler in your face .

I went to another doctor's who was injecting anaesthetic to the lips like at the dentist's and then that was great and painless! I really cant imagine how these women in various vids say it doesnt hurt much with that numbing cream, to me it was only slightly numbing on the very surface and unbearable pain .. The only thing is that it really only lasted one month i guess my body broke the filler down at record speed, i wonder why.. thats why i didnt bother anymore 😞

@@Rebecca-hc5ju It was at Harley Street Clinic...awful..it was so painful she could only inject half + of the syringe - I later challenged them to avoid paying for the session (other than the account I was asked to pay when I booked) and they stopped chasing my payment. I cant imagine Im the only woman there who couldnt take that fat needle into the contours and especially the red flesh of my lips? I dont know..I then found another doctor around that area that injected the same product (it wasnt Rastalyne) with the anaesthetic injection and it was fine. Unfortunately after one month my lips were practically back to normal so never bothered again. I am now a vegan and researching about this industry Ive discovered how cruel it is to test these products on animals and Ive decided that I won't support this, especially not for vanity. For Botox for instance, for every butch it must be tested to check the intensity of the toxic agent. Its injected into an animal and the time it takes to paralyse all muscles including the langs and heart, will reveal the level of toxicity. The animal dyes slowly suffocating in agony. I look at my pets and I wonder what kind of society, what values and level of civilisation can perpetrate so much abuse and cruelty on these innocent creature for this kind of purposes. Sign of the times, but I wont be part of it anymore until they find cruelty free fillers which is not for tomorrow :)

I’m 48 and started with fillers after loosing 80 pounds. My face lost volume. As the previous reply mentioned many practitioners will not offer it to you unless you ask for it. Beautiful face is about balance so take a look in the mirror and see if they are hallow. If so filling them slightly makes a big difference in the overall look of your face. It did for me. Seriously? You charge £400 for 1ml and she had 8ml of filler. That is £3,200 and she looks the same. The only difference is her chin. She needed her lips doing, together with the nasolabial folds and tear trough.

It doesn't last...that's why they have to have top ups every 6 months because the body disposes of it as a foreign substance..but to be fair if these clinicians offered the service and a reasonable charge..say $50 a ML all good he would still of earned himself $400 with the lady...but to charge ludicrous amounts of money running into thousands..then they should take his license off him..because he is robbing people.

Botox never was done right. Only one doctor use dysport properly. Than I had a horrible experience Allergan's Vollure at age 75. The doctor used the wrong product in my tear trough area.. I had an allergic reaction and a yellow lumpy bumps which destroyed my collagen, fat pads. Plus, he used a candula which left a scare and broken blood vessel. Took 4 years to dissipate. Be careful. Avoid fillers unless medically necessary. Wait til after your 50s to do a facelift. Interview several surgeons before you decide. I have had too many friends and clients mess up without doing their due diligence. I'm an esthetician. Peels, facials and good skin care are very important. Make sure you get the right peels for your skin type.

I don’t want my face to look fuller I want it lifted . This is the trouble I keep see in with these treatments in older people. The concept of filling to create volume looks terrible in older people . Its obvious and looks bad . No volume, just lifting . And I personally don’t see any different in before and after 🥴

In a face without much volume filler works well. I’m older and have always had a rounder shaped face. So things have headed south. Jowls ugh. Adding volume to a sagging foundation without addressing muscle first ( face lift) doesn’t work. I agree!
I’m 53 and had a ml to lips ( top lip was especially losing volume) and the rest to marionette folds which subtly improved. My plan is a lift and fat transfer mid next year.

Thread lifting just might be what you need, lots of videos on these. They last only 12 months as they dissolve like sutures, but it helps the body produce collagen in the injected areas. If that’s not what you want, then midi facelifts is the next alternative and permanent.

With pure hyaluronic acid it is the same , hyaluronic can be produced in China for less than $10 for a 2mil syringe so paying between $400 and $ 900 a syringe , I consider a real rip off , a real full face lift done by an experienced plastic surgeon takes far more skill and training and better long term results than placing some very overpriced filler in your face .

It freaking hurts. I just had micro needling and fillers done for the first time. People are bat chit crazy. I don’t know if I can go back for my other two treatments.
Did you have topical numbing cream applied beforehand? Also, most fillers have lidocaine in them to help prevent pain.

I went to another doctor's who was injecting anaesthetic to the lips like at the dentist's and then that was great and painless! I really cant imagine how these women in various vids say it doesnt hurt much with that numbing cream, to me it was only slightly numbing on the very surface and unbearable pain .. The only thing is that it really only lasted one month i guess my body broke the filler down at record speed, i wonder why.. thats why i didnt bother anymore 😞

@@Rebecca-hc5ju It was at Harley Street Clinic...awful..it was so painful she could only inject half + of the syringe - I later challenged them to avoid paying for the session (other than the account I was asked to pay when I booked) and they stopped chasing my payment. I cant imagine Im the only woman there who couldnt take that fat needle into the contours and especially the red flesh of my lips? I dont know..I then found another doctor around that area that injected the same product (it wasnt Rastalyne) with the anaesthetic injection and it was fine. Unfortunately after one month my lips were practically back to normal so never bothered again. I am now a vegan and researching about this industry Ive discovered how cruel it is to test these products on animals and Ive decided that I won't support this, especially not for vanity. For Botox for instance, for every butch it must be tested to check the intensity of the toxic agent. Its injected into an animal and the time it takes to paralyse all muscles including the langs and heart, will reveal the level of toxicity. The animal dyes slowly suffocating in agony. I look at my pets and I wonder what kind of society, what values and level of civilisation can perpetrate so much abuse and cruelty on these innocent creature for this kind of purposes. Sign of the times, but I wont be part of it anymore until they find cruelty free fillers which is not for tomorrow :)

I’m 48 and started with fillers after loosing 80 pounds. My face lost volume. As the previous reply mentioned many practitioners will not offer it to you unless you ask for it. Beautiful face is about balance so take a look in the mirror and see if they are hallow. If so filling them slightly makes a big difference in the overall look of your face. It did for me. Hi there, we use products from the Juvederm VYCROSS range for all dermal filler treatments.
She was pretty before and after (just a little plumper after). She should rather do smth with her teeth to look younger.

How long it's lasts
Treatments like this can last as long as 2 years but we always recommend maintenance sessions every 6 months to keep results looking their best. Best Wishes, The VIVA Team
Which fillers are these?
It doesn't last...that's why they have to have top ups every 6 months because the body disposes of it as a foreign substance..but to be fair if these clinicians offered the service and a reasonable charge..say $50 a ML all good he would still of earned himself $400 with the lady...but to charge ludicrous amounts of money running into thousands..then they should take his license off him..because he is robbing people.
I dont reckon she even needed it. It just stretched the skin. Shes def going to need long term as she really ages
