    I've been happy with mine. I still cannot figure out how to add games to my archival cards. I gave up on trying, ordered a couple more archival cards and now I want to combine all of the cards onto a single card.

      @YEABUDDY0712 Yeah, that would be good if you were able to combine the cards you have, but it's probably the software that restricts it. I don't mind switching it out just because if I play sports, I just wanna see sports games instead of a bunch of others.
      Other than that, I've been loving the NFL blitz and nba jam so far.

    Status of Order
    If you are emailing about the "Status" of your order, please know that we suggest logging in and checking your account. If you have provided the correct email address at checkout then you will be emailed status changes and updates on the "Status" of your order. If there is a problem with your order, you will be emailed independently explaining the situation within 1-3 day business day window. Continuous emails before this timeframe will delay updates. PLEASE ALSO NOTE, Pandora Platinum is a Custom Product Built to Order. This can take a few days to build, test and certify your purchase.
    Changes to Order
    Once an order has been placed, we cannot change it or cancel it. Pandora Platinum Game Consoles Are CUSTOM ORDERS. That’s right, from your type of panel, to your arcade sticks and even archive card, these units are Built For You! Making Changes, Cancellations and the like are almost impossible due to this. If you made a mistake and need another item or need to upgrade your shipping, or even forgot to use your coupon you will need to place a separate order for that product or select a more expedient method of shipping or save your coupon for a future order. Again, there is no cancellations (because you wouldn’t be able to tell a bakery to cancel your custom birthday cake would you?).
    Need Tracking Info?
    You will be sent an email with your tracking number and mail courier as soon as your order is Finished and ready for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours from receipt of tracking information to the email address you entered at checkout. If your email was incorrectly inputted at checkout, then you may not get an email. Also, if you did not receive an email regarding any order status, then you may want to check your Bulk/Spam folder. Also upon logging into your account, you may see your tracking information for your order as well.

    Received Product & Have Technical Challenges
    If you have received your order, but there is a potential functionality issue that can be troubleshooted, then please again allow 2-3 business days for a response and we will address the functionality issue and try and help. Please be as detailed as possible in your communication.
    ORDER PLACED or Received BUT I DIDN'T READ THE DESCRIPTION & Have Buyer's Remorse
    We sell many types of CUSTOM GAME CREATIONS. Our consoles play thousands of games and we do our best to test and provide you with a quality solution that makes you feel close to the arcades. We have tons of videos, have engineers working daily and do the best we can to offer this, THOUGH there are times when something may not work as you want. That being said, THERE IS NO 1 SOLUTION THAT CAN DO EVERYTHING. Full size arcade machines cost THOUSANDS and we’ve made it possible at a cost-efficient price that can be expanded to do so much more. We do our best to include Information in the Product Descriptions and specifications for the normal user that can enjoy our consoles. However, sometimes we only see what we want in pictures, and don't pay attention or read anything about our machines that can’t “just to do everything for one price” (which is just not possible) And with that in mind, (meaning you should read all our information in detail) as well as our business policy which is rather cut and dry in that we Do Not Offer Refunds and we Do Not Offer Free Replacements for those that went outside the scope of our suggested use! Their main intended uses for our consoles are for playing the Archived Games and we've tested Every Last Unit that leaves out the Door. If you want to be an opportunist and do your own tinkering, or modification then it’s on the user. You should understand that our product is a great value, and if you want to collect arcade machines, then you would be hard pressed to find a solution like ours at the cost. That said, we do not “Guarantee Performance” of archives, resolutions, skipped frames, “supposed lag” or some other minute frustration that we as Arcade Techs feel is very minimal for the experience at the price. (since we’ve tested them incessantly) With this all in mind, these custom machines were built for you, and there is no refunds, but alas you will have (or already have) a great product with great support.
    Shipping Times and Expectations
    Estimated Shipping Times are shown in the mouseover at checkout. In these crazy times, we do not control carrier time windows and do our best on our end to validate, process and ship orders. If you chose "Free Shipping", then this is the longest delivery time and can easily take 7-10 business days to be received from time of shipment (even longer for International customers). Also, if you Product is in “Preorder Status” then you will be shipped once it becomes available. All other shipping methods are faster but no guarantee of time frames as stated in our terms of service. If you have any questions about your shipment with the courier, please contact the courier with your tracking number directly to see when it will be delivered according to their tracking number.
