This video is timely. I spoke to you about a week ago and you mentioned the new trim/tilt pulley system. Nice to see it in action. I think you're on to something good !
Thank you for these videos, just for clarification I can run an outboard on the back of my kayak without it being locked down and I can attach a rope to lift it out of the water for landing?
@@kayakbuddysllc-lightweight4947 thank you yeah I like that idea, we have very steep shingle banks in the uk at high tide and to be able to lift the motor up and out of the way quickly is a must.
Simple yet very effective...re the centrifugal clutch material, do you use the std material for saltwater or recommend other?...Also, are you now using stainless steel props?.
I use the commercial clutches which are semi metallic and I have never changed one from high use. I have been using the stainless 2-blade for about 4 years now.
Tuve uno de 4 tiempos, montado en el hueco de la pedalera, pero no era marca honda, son made in china y son muy ruidosos ojala que aquí en España se pudiera adquirir, es una buena opción y barato gracias por la respuesta y su tiempo 👍👏

The next add on will be to add a pedal on the floor track to lift the engine with a foot control.
Still kicking it see, nice job.
I have never slowed down. Always changing it up and improving the systems.

You can run the motors unlocked. I use a pulley and stainless cable attached to a handle so pulling up is easy and the engine can rotate.

Hi , just wondering do make your tiller handle your self ornyou brought it ?
The extension with a u-joint can be purchased on Amazon.
Es una lastima que esos motores hagan demasiado ruido 😢 siendo una alternativa estupenda a el motor eléctrico que es muy caro
You can add a water exit exhaust. They are not as loud as you think. These are not 2 stroke loud.
