Can you tell if that's Tzuyu's the one singing in the first pre-chorus before jeongyeon? Cuz it sounds like Jihyo but the one lip syncing it in the MV was Tzuyu. If Tzuyu really the one who sang it, wow Tzuyu's vocal improved a lot lately.
