Lots of things to discover in this MV, I'm sure I missed a ton (Though I'm happy about the CD's/Dates) but this is definitely my top 5 twice songs, that chorus is something else!

some things you missed: in the part you mentioned that yes or yes is a twice song, push and pull and 1 to 10 are also referencing older songs, but bsides. push and pull is an unit song (Jihyo, Sana and Dahyun) in their previous album formula of love, and 1 to 10 is on their twicecoaster albums (and is one of my favorite bsides of twice, totally worth checking out the stages for this song!)
You should do twice b sides too. Their b sides is always top tier compare to title tracks
it is seldom for reactors to actually check details in the mv. You were the first one who actually searched the dates you've spotted in the mv so kudos to you. I really liked how you try to understand their music

Great song. A total bop and classic Twice. Yes, lots of references to old songs (I'm not a Twice stan so can't catch them all). But I did love the reference to the Macintosh 1984 ad (the hammer throw scene).

The styling for the girls was sooooo good. Nayeon in the red dress should be illegal, but really all of them had some seriously killer looks. The choreo was great and the references were so good. Onces get fed so good!

Heya DG~ awesome reaction. Welcome to Once X Twice. Not sure how much Twice-ness you managed to “deep dive” into as of this time. But just in case you wondering (unless someone has already mentioned it), this comeback is different from their previous comebacks, because this is their 1st comeback since Renewing their 7-year contract. (Usually, most K-pop groups/idols have this “7-year” term) So this MV have a lot of throwbacks to their past memories/history. Much appreciate their effort to make the Once (fandom) appreciated. ^^ keep up the great work. O+T

Please listen to the album and your reaction to it “between 1&2.” I listened to it, I really liked it. The songs I loved the most from the album “Queen of hearts”, “trouble” and “brave”. Of course, this album is really awesome
They have a call back to a lot of other songs in the lyrics: YES OR YES, More and More, Push and Pull (b-side) 1 to 10 (b-side) and probably some others that i missed
Not only Yes or Yes, but Tzuyu also references their song Push and Pull, Jeongyeon right after references their song 1 to 10. The black outfits with the handguns is a subtle shoutout-ish to their Cheer Up video, and Nayeon eating something, in the beginning, is probably a reference to Nayeon eating a piece of paper in one of their M/V Behind the Scenes.
i love your interpretations of mvs and songs! you always have something new and interesting to say and i appreciate that. can't wait till you find the time to check out some of their b-sides, they REALLY are insanely good and have some very new and interesting topics and sounds that they don't have on their title tracks

There are numbers in the MV and bunch of them are the dates to some of their achievements like their first win, the time where they named their fandom once, their first concert and etc. This MV is actually somewhat a "thank you" video for Onces but music wise its good af

TWICE is really a serotonin boost. They saved me from deep depression, just by their music and comedic personalities. They even don't have any bad songs. TWICE is THAT GIRLGROUP.

I love that you got some of the references but I don't know if anyone got the 1984 apple Mac commercial reference when i believe Nayeon throws a hammer at a screen, that is the only reference i got but I still enjoyed twice MV and i enjoy you breakdown the video and lyrics that I missed, keep up the good work.
The part that says push and pull can literally reference their B-side 'Push & Pull' or their title track 'Cheer Up'. 1 to 10 is their B-side track made by Twice for their fans a few years back. Just a few references i caught apart from 'More & More' and of course 'Yes or Yes'. For me this Coeback is A Perfect mix of OLD Twice & New Twice w/ a dash of Y2K on it~ We all know the Studio Choom version will be pure murder~~

Scene of thrown hammer is reference to the "1984 Apple's First Macintosh Commercial". This scene is associated with liberation from control (The 1984 by George Orwell , it's about the big brother society...). I would like to know, what is true Interpretation of these scene with cats.
Among other things, Apple's advertising takes on an ironic form, with the Apple ecosystem currently closed and completely unfree.

There are a couple of codes in the music video that are dates of milestones. There was 151020 which is their debut date October 20, 2015, 170217 and it refers to their first concert February 17, 2017, 160505 the day they received their first win May 5, 2016, 171014 for the first fan meeting called Once Begins which happened on October 14 and 15, 2017, 151103 for then they officially named their fandom Once November 3, 2015. Mina and Sana pose in front of a file labeled “Between ONCE & TWICE” which is a reference to their newest album, Between 1&2. In the scene where they are holding weapons in a video game like scene there's a heart in the bottom right corner with a nine next to it for the number of members. It also has their debut date again. The music video also uses what looks like a broadcast interruption screen labeled “Think ONCE Code TWICE” as a transition. They also included the cat from their Scientist music video. The QR code at the end leads to a throwback post on their Instagram for when they announced their fandom name.

This song is so Twice. Gotta admit im a but more fan of their more "mature concepts" like I can't stop me or Breakthrough. Still a banger nonetheless, they look and sound amazing as always.

-1 my overdose of Twice is a had pass since they are making less comeback than before so I'm happy to see them.
- 2 the song is cool not their best but it's really their musical colors and their identity.
-3 it's amazing to see that JYP still has inspiration for TWICE and not for ITZY or NMIXX to whom he gives rotten songs.
-4 being a pure gamer I have seen the references to resident evil the movies which are not terrible and not respectful of the games let's be honest about the games which are very good and which I love.
-5 Nayeon dress like alice (milla jovovitch) ok;
- 6 happy to see JEONGYEON in good shape she seems happy to be there for me it's the cement of TWICE with JIHYO without these 2 I wouldn't follow the group so much.

No... I did mention how the main reason I did the 24 hour hold Is because I made a promise, and mentioned how I won't be doing that again, because I am too impatient, and also because those who did release their reactions to BP in the first 24 didn't seem to affect Pink Venom's monster numbers.

Probably their best comeback since Fancy. Yes, I cant stop me was very good but besides that Twice kinda went downhill over the past 2 years. thats why im super happy that this song and also 2-3 bsides are absolute bangers. Fun video & catchy song, what else do you need?
I am a once since early 2017 and its the first time in years i can finally say "yeah, this sounds like Twice. This happy, cheerful and catchy music we once started to fall in love with" is back.

As a Once I feel JYP failed Twice. The video looks like an infomercial compared to BLACKPINK and AESPA releases. IVE and New Jeans with better songs...We need better, this is not the best.
