I was born in 1992. My work ethic i learned first hand from my Grandparents. Seeing them work there normal 40 hours plus overtime on top of that. Im currently 32 and have my own business. I am the first person in my family to start there own business. Started off with entry level jobs when i was younger. Between your old landscaping videos and how half the employees were at the last job were. Showed me there are alot of lazy people these days. A big problem is not many people are motivated to better themselves. And yes working and earning a living is a big part of it. I always say i was born in the wrong generation. Nice to see you back on RUclips George. Take care of yourself

In Florida to solve the low wage labor shortage in restaurants etc..they made it legal to work kids as young as 16 ..40/hrs a week and as late as midnite. Even during school year.

16 in my opinion is plenty old enough.Yeah during the school year I don't think so, they need time to study and get some sleep.

I have no idea why a simple work visa provided by the taxpayers would not work, this should not be on the employer at all. If they come here and follow our laws then all is good, if not then just ship them back.

The employers have to buy the visas and there not cheap.

Is it more reasonable to assume that 100% of US citizens are lazy or that you are just not paying enough for the work required? If you're having difficulty finding US citizens to hire as employees that means that you are underpaying your employees for the work required. If you can't attract good help, then you are the problem, not US citizens.
Henry Ford had a similar problem till he doubled his daily wage rate. After that he never had a shortage of willing and eager employees.
If you are not willing to pay enough to attract "good help" then you should limit your business to your immediate family members or go out of business. After we've sent enough of the H1B workers home, cheap employers will be forced to either raise wages or go out of business.

I think you got the first part right. We pay well above the average pay for our profession so debunk that thought. You sound like one of those guys that thinks there worth more even though you don't know shit. Yeah I have a multi million dollar business I don't think I'll be going out of business anytime soon, LOL. And it's B2b workers dude, pay attention !
