- In studio rehearsal of Black Swan! I always get so nervous for studio run throughs in front of all my colleagues, but the best part is hearing their reactions and feeling all the love and support.

His pirouette at the end where he just kneels with such control littl things take my breath away
@@kathymyers7279 OMG, YES! His control is BEYOND.....
1:20 was such a cute moment 😂💕
Can we discuss Daniil literally FLOATING!!
Such control on those turns landing on the knee, esp pointing upstage as if introducing or welcoming Odile. Lovely finish to the fouettes for Isabella (plus the last time I saw her, she was only doing singles). Thx for posting!
How is ballet not an olympic sport? The athleticism, the artistry, the everything!
I think it would be hard for it to be an Olympic sport cause’ many people don’t understand ballet. They want to scream and feel their adrenaline rise, while ballet is slick and beautiful and made for a calm and understated crowd. I think ballet surpasses the Olympic sports. :)
Cause it’s an artform, not a sport :)
@@naomihonda7479 I was half kidding. Then explain ice dancing or gymnastics as an Olympic sport? That’s not artistry too?
@@erisaphrodite no one screams from the audience watching ice skating or gymnastics floor routines either tho
@@katgiu4235 Ballet is classical theatrical dancing. It's opera's sister art, but instead of through recitative and arias, expression is conveyed through movement and gesture. It's physically demanding, but it's not physicality for its own sake, and music is not an incidental accompaniment to a series of tricks; the choreography _is_ the music.
Anyway, when people say ballet is not a sport, they aren't saying ballet is easy or that dancers are not hard workers--because they are tough as athletes--but if approached as a sport ballet becomes a distortion. And dangerous.
Does anyone else’s calves hurt after watching this?! Bravo 👏🏼
Yes and my feet also...
Молодцы ребята!! Мало того, что суперпрофи. А ещё и с юмором!!!😅👍👍👍💯
Ok how does he get so high on and jumps and still make them look so light and effortless 🤯
absolutely stunning! really hope I get to see you perform in the theater one day! ❤😊
THE TURNS ARE IMMACULATE
Wow!!! This is so beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing Isabella!! Your fouettés are incredible!!! 🤩🤩
Incredible 😍 thank you for sharing this with us!
Fouettes for days...amazing!
Absolutely MAGNIFICENT! Brava!
I could never💕
Okay I’m not a dancer, I am a musician, so I don’t know much about dance. I know there are different styles in ballet (Russian, French, etc) but I don’t really know technique, and certainly can’t perform a fouetté. All I know is that Isabella’s fouettés are the most visually stunning to me, by far.
freakin' spectacular
what a fantastic angle to see the fouettes from :D the lifted foot reallyy shows the technique, bravissima
OMG this is wonderful WOW!
Fantastic❤️
Omg I have to say your the most beautiful ballerina I have ever laid my eyes on. I'm mesmerized by your grace. You glide across the floor like your floating. You make something so hard look so easy. Your the best!!
so gorgeous! I hope to see you dance when you're able to perform again!
Amazing!
💜💜💜
Isabella is my favorite ballerina
❤❤❤
Beautiful foutees!!!!!
Magnifique couple et chorégraphie ❤️
Complimenti 😍😍😍
Braviiiiii 🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💪
Maybe it’s just me but I’d love to see you do a video on turning because I’ve done the same basic pirouette a million times. And I’d reallly love help
Danil!!! Bravo
I love this coda, but if I would change one thing, it would be the hopping on one leg at the end. I think it could be switched for something more graceful.
ABT does not use the jester, so I know they like to get rid of silly parts ;)
Best Swan lake coda EVER!!! 💜💗💖💜💗💖🌟🌟🌟
Now, repeat after me:
Normalize 👏boys 👏doing 👏ballet/ 👏any 👏style 👏of 👏dance👏👏👏
So fast !
The arm flap marking cracked me up lmao
guys are you aware of the existence of gravity?? 😱 holy gosh! ❤
does it hurt every time you have to go en pointe for a turn, or does the pain just go away once you reach your level?
Im not a professional like her, but I’ve been on pointe for almost four years. For me after like a really long class it does start to hurt but if you have the right padding (toe pads) or tape then it doesn’t hurt every time.
For me it does hurt when I get tired, because then I start to „jump“ on pointe and that doesn‘t feel nice on my toes 😕 (usually you pull up your heel through demi pointe, but you can sometimes see ballerinas how they start „hopping“ and traveling on pointe towards the end of the fouettés because it’s so exhausting)
Hops on pointe can hurt and also long bourree sections, the rest isn‘t too bad for me
why does this work with Parklife
That piano messed up on its blocking
Too much traveling with those fouettes BOYLSTON.
STAY IN PLACE.
Yeah, they could've tried a little harder...maybe applied themselves a little more.
Is it the same when i married izromi ?so marrieegge wad can not be pretend ,only .but you let me done this ,also finally?so where you gonna put me ,at some where ,your daughter unpleasure about us two?your daughter you made unknown her own ,mother ,me my self you do.
Sorry guys, but just watch Svetlana Zakharova and Roberto Bolle in the same role, then you will understand the differences between training at the ABT and being a dancer at the Marinsky and trained at the Vaganova. In my opinion the training and technique taught at the Vaganova far exceeds even the Bolshoi
Delightful - both of them! I want this in my dreams tonight. 🛌💭🥿
