Your humor is in tune with Ren's - it's not discordant in any way. Been on the Ren journey with you since Hi Ren. There is a comfortable fellowship amongst the renegades.
Ren moved from Bath back to his mother's house in Wales for 6 months, from mid August 2012 until mid February 2013, and then again, I think, from April 2013 until July 2013. (He lived on his own in Brighton from mid February 2013 through, I think, the end of March 2013, and he was back in Brighton again by mid July 2013.) IMO, it isn't fair to say that Charlie and Tommy (of Trick the Fox) "never really called to check up on [him]". They visited him in Wales for a week at the end of October 2012. Ren visited them in London at the end of November. All the while they were keeping the band on the radar of fans online. Ren uploaded "Living Room Poetry" to the trickthefox channel in mid October. They got a new song of theirs named "Twista" played on Radio 1 in early December. They even performed together again in mid December 2012, on stage in London for an audience of about 1000 people. Everyone was just waiting for Ren to get better. There's more to the Trick the Fox story in the first half of 2013, leading up to the official split on 1 July 2013, but it's partly a spoiler for chapter 4, though Ren chose to avoid the topic of Trick the Fox in chapter 4. He's focusing more on the personal experience of his illness.
love watching these chapters with you together ❤ and i totally agree with you, that its probably a good choice from Ren to do his own thing to his terms. He is so brave putting his story out there.

It's crazy how much of his experience I can relate to. So he had/has the dizziness and nausea, too. The tiredness, twitches in your legs, the pins and needles. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one with this particular batch of physical symptoms, but I feel so bad for him that he had to deal with it at such a young age. 😢
