Amiga yo hago tiesto de cemento con toalla y uso pintura blanca sin brillo compra la más económica ya que se pinta de blanco para que así el color que la pinte agarre mejor al final debe de darle dos manos de barniz para cemento para protegerla del clima. Dtb 🙏💜⭐
In most of these videos, the first layer seems to only have cement and water. I’ve watched several on Helen Wyatts channel and she adds sand when it’s a molded pot.

Love the ideas, techniques and final cement pieces before paint , don't much like the choice of colors . Sorry to have to say that but after all that wonderfully artistic work to my eye the colors are just too garish. I know that a lot of people will think I am horrible to say this but I try to be truthful
