What is the theme of your kid's room?
Good morning Tiaaaa!!! My daughter doesn't have a theme for her rm. Is that weird? But I can say that if she did have a theme, she would probably want a princess themed rm, bc she loves that type of stuff. I can't wait to see what my son's theme will be though. Right now he's almost 2 and he loves playing with cars. Cree's rm is so cool! I wanted to study child psychology. Maybe one day.
My youngest son's theme is paw patrol. He's a year old. My oldest and middle children wanted a colour scheme so their rooms are crimson, white and grey. And blue, beige and grey
my daughter's love rainbows so they have lots and lots of rainbows in their rooms
Dinosaurs! All 3of my kids love dinos, 2 boys and 1 girl :)
I am a kid and my room theme is unicorns

My husband grew up the same way. Your bedroom is for sleeping and relaxing. We dont do TV's in bedrooms, and we dont do toys in bedrooms.

Beautiful!!! I love to see kids rooms exude their personalities!!!!! I can always tell rooms that spark the moms taste and those that highlight the kids. Play rooms are a MUST!! I'm a neat freak! My kids can read in their room or use their tablets but I like for them to relax there and unwind. The play room is where all the chaos happens. I am the same with screen time. It's for the weekends only or days that the kids are out of school. They have enough screen time at school. I believe in as much outside time as possible. We usually end up going to the park and having a picnic. Although most of us are reading instead of playing 😂😂😂. Our oldest are book worms like me. Our youngest will play until they fall out like my husband. Thanks for sharing Tia💕
I love how simple and practical his room and playroom are. Bright, open, colorful. I just love it. I think I can stay in his playroom all day 😂😂😂
My son theme room is jungle. He loves animals, zebra, monkeys ect....
It's great that you are instilling the value of education in your son at such an early age. I just adore your family!

Love Cree’s room and playroom! Also, that’s awesome that he is into music. It will be so fun to watch him learn and grow in his crafts. That is one of my favorite things about being a mom. My son loves to draw. I am so proud and love to encourage it! I love finding all of his drawings of Minions, the Hulk, etc. I can tell that you encourage Cree too in his talents! 🤗❤️

You never disappoint, what I am inspired by is all the thought you put into your sons room and play areas. My daughter did the same thing with my granddaughters room.
Everything has a purpose and a personal
touch that allows the child to know how unique and special they are. Also the bond that is shared when a parent slows down, and takes the time to read to or with their child, forever memories. Also please let your brothers know that I would like to adopt them for my grandson. What I wouldn't give for him to have some amazing uncles and role models like Cree has been blessed with.
Tia and Cory are my cool, collected hunty and huncle. I'm a 90's baby, and a 1st gen Jamerican so I grew up on the era of TV with Sister Sister reruns. I could always relate with them and have a laugh. I love how Cree has discipline and respect but Cree's sense of self is nurtured and encouraged. That's what makes a well rounded human being. Cree's such a superhero.
Thank God for mom's like you. Every thing that you do is just so unique.

Thank you for sharing an insight into your sun's rooms. We love that you have a globe for him and he asked about #Jamaica. We also love the fact that you have rules when it comes to watching TV. Now that is very imperative and the defintion of parental guidance. It has to be educational. Lastly we think that is great that Cree spends time with his uncles being competitive. Tia you are doing a great job, as you already know. Please also teach Cree about the many African cultures as well from Igbo, to Asante to the Edo/Bini tribes/cultures...etc

I love how she instills education I hope he keeps the piano up. Kids playing music at an earlier age increases I.Q. Which is another way of saying his critical thinking skills which we all need to survive the world around us!
Not to mention she teaches him organizations skills at such an earlier age I bet his vocabulary is strong.

Oh we would of made such amazing roommates. You are ontop. You're an awesome, awesome Mom. My Father had a huge globe for my brother's and sisters. We also had encyclopedia Britannic that my Mom would make us write words out of from A- Z and give spelling tests. We had a huge library of fables and Dr Seuss was my fav too. Your wisdom is very purposeful and practical. You're a natural teacher and Cree's room is amazing
Hello Tia! You have such a happy approach to life! I love your son's room. I love how you express the importance of reading, play, unwinding, culture, art, responsibility, and organization in your child's room and play area. I did the same thing when my little ones were small, but they are all grown up now. The teen years can be a little rough though! My oldest is now in college, and recently called to tell me that he has no idea how his dorm room gets junky. I told him he needs to apply the things that he was taught as a child all over again as an adult In other words you're not a teen anymore! Lol! So, trust me what you are doing will follow your children for life. I absolutely love your channel! 😘😊☺😄🌸❤

A fun reading spot definitely levels up the night time routine. My toddler won’t go to sleep without me reading him a couple books first and he would love something like this. If we had more space in our house I would definitely have a separate “kid cave” for him.
