牛鰍魚鮫(其他魚都可以)1kg
芫茜 一扎
豆腐300g
皮蛋 兩個
滾水 1.5-2L
薑 拇指大小

Ginger thumb sized

去哪里买鱼胶
這些部分大概要到魚檔碰碰運氣才買到,如果找不到的話用普通便宜的小海魚也很適合的,最重要是新鮮喔😊
