At the 2:30 mark I inadvertently did a combo when merging the life flower sprouts, because I'd merged the emerald plains grass first and moved that sprout up to where the triple shrooms are. So when I merged the tanzanite plains grasses, it combo'd with the sprout automatically. This can save a few seconds, and give some extra healing. I think I completed the final win with a minute to spare.
