If the problem persists, verify your settings and contact your administrator." The only difference I got from the steps is on Router configuration 1 VPN Server with local ports 500,4500, getting router ports xxxx,4500 where xxx getting automatically a variable that changes. Do you have any idea what might be the problem? Everything else seems OK and at normal status and I can ping my DDNS
That depends on the type of router. Some routers have modem and router built in. Because of this it creates an issue. I did not encounter the problem. However, there might be solution out there.
