In western houses the order is: wall, floor, then baseboard. The flooring is offset from the wall to allow for expansion. The baseboard covers the gap.

I don't know how big the room is, but based on the type of installation (lengthways to the door or across the door). Can you make the room look bigger? As an example, the room is 3m long and 4m wide from the door and I want to lay a wooden floor there. Then I lay the boards with the grain lengthways in the room, this makes the room appear larger.
The size of the room is 3.5m x 3.5m. Lengthways to the door. It seems difficult for me to explain in English. When this room is completed, I will also shoot the big picture. Thank you always.

前置きとして私は大工さんではありませんし、無垢の床材を貼ったのはこの動画が初めてです。ですので、一応お答えはしますが、参考程度にしていただければ幸いです。その点ご承知ください。
まず私だったら、フロア釘の38mm長のものを使います。太さはできれば細いもの（2mm以下のもの）を使います。
細いものでもサネが割れることがありますので、下穴を開けてから釘打ちします。下穴は釘よりも細いドリルビットで。
普通の釘は頭が大きく床板の表面の角を傷つけることがあるので使いません。
スリムビスは良さそうに思いますが、私は釘よりもビスの方が失敗しやすいので使いません。ビス頭のプラスの溝から滑って外れたプラスドライバーの先端が床材に刺さってしまうリスクのが可能性として高い気がします。
ビスに慣れているならその方がいいかもしれません。ただ、ビスの方がサネは割れやすいので、下穴は必須です。
以上、もし私がやるとしたらという前提でお話ししましたが、

白アリにやられたので釘ではなくてネジのほうがいいかと思ってます
忌避剤も駆除剤も５～６か月しかもたないとのことで
暫くしたら剥がして様子を見るので接着剤も使わない
定期的に点検するのに全はがしが簡単に出来るようにするため
素人ではここまでは無理でしょ。
