My Dad had late stage altimeter and I know He new I was in the hospital to see Him before he passed..nor sure f this is connected to the dialoge... Boy I miss Him!

Alzheimers is a difficult disease to those around the one affected. His conscious awareness (soul, higher self) is just as present with you now as was during the stages of dementia and on back to birth. Plus the infinite amount of times "he", "we", "us"...have reincarnated. You bring your Father's energy to you when you think of him. You can communicate with him if you hold your heart open in gratitude and KNOW that it is him you are feeling, sensing and interpreting. You are not imagining it. If this doesn't resonate with you at this time, no problem. But I hope you find peace within your heart knowing energy never dies. It only transmutes to other forms of energy. Have a blessed day!
