This is in my back yard. We don't ride long weekends anymore. Just to many 4wds. Next time head towards Southend, shitloads of single track down that way. What tyres are you blokes running? Also what tyre pressures?
We were running our normal enduro Tyres, sometimes we will use mud/sand like a Michelin star cross. I was running 8 to 10 psi on the day. Had a spun front valve and a leaking tubeliss on the rear. Should I be running lower normally? And yeah, public holidays are the worst! I'm guessing mid week is brilliant.
@@DriveOnLeft most of the guys in our group run Pirelli Scorpion Mid Softs with heavy duty tubes. At around 6 - 8 psi. I prefer Dunlop MX 12s on my 2 stroke and run Tubliss front and back. 3 psi on rear 6 psi front. We ride most Sundays and it's pretty quiet most of the time. I prefer the singles down towards Southend. Awesome riding all the way through to Carpenter Rocks.
@@DriveOnLeft yeah mate that's right. Even the car tracks are awesome riding all the way to Carpenter Rocks. No good on long weekends though. We will often ride South End to The Rocks, grab a counter lunch at the pub and return. Just don't go to hard on the beers or shit gets real on the way home. 🍻
Bit of a cliff hanger ending! Did it come off the shovel?
All I remember is the pizza being wedged against the side of the pizza oven, and smoke bellowing out. Tasted good though!
I went there 8 weeks ago. Spent 3 nights in Mt. Gambier hospital with a broken clavicle and 5 broken ribs. ☹️☹️☹️🤕
Ok, you do not go back there, stay away at all costs!!!
