thanks for making this, it's interesting to see what issues and pricing someone else uses and experiences. Never thought about if a restaurant would mind if you shot an event there. Especially since almost everyone who eats there if it's a nice place is probably taking photos of them being there with their phones and posting them. Very nice shots too!
Good point about the STRESS around wedding shoots. I am not a PRO but if I ever became one I would NEVER do weddings. 1) Wondering for the group shot if a couple of mag Spheres wouldn't have done the same job. 2) Do you need The Working with Children Check (WWCC) for photographing children? 3) The organisers gave you consent for the kids what about the parents? Dont they need to approve this on an individual basis?
Hi mate. I like umbrellas both shoot through and bounce. Spheres might work ok as long as the head is pointing forward not upright. I wasn’t asked for the WWC but I think I do have one somewhere. The event organiser told me it was ok to photograph all kids and that the parents had all signed consent forms.
Thank you for the genuine advice Will. In terms of image delivery, do you provide an estimate or upper limit of images that you'll supply for the time you're engaged?
Hi mate, with this kind of work usually I just say it will be as many images as I can take. All delivered at 2000px long edge via Google drive. Hope that helps
I'm always amazed by your sincerity and generosity - you deserve a lot more subscribers. Thanks for another great video!
Thank you Graeme, I really appreciate this comment.
Great images! Really appreciate the charge/licensing information.
Glad it was helpful!

I always bring two cameras to any shoot.

How about if you have a hour commute, both ways, do you add commute? How much?
No I would not add a commute fee. The client will not accept it unless you are a premium high reputation photographer
