My family has a 2009 and they have many issues with the engine, EPC issues and timing chain tensioner failure, ours has panoramic sunroof so we had to resolve many mold issues after buying it used in 2017, if you’re willing to deal with the potential hassles it’s a good car
Although attractive, I've dealt with a major oil leak, coolant issues, vacuum seal issues, high idle issues, heater not working, etc. It's been one pain after another and I've owned this less than a year. Bought it at a used dealership and am hating that decision daily. Other than ALLLLL these issues, it is incredibly fun to drive and peppy.
Same here...I bought my 2012 used with only 83,000 miles. Pano sunroof lad a leak, had to replace rotor, pads, control arms, just replaced the water pump valve cover gasket and its still hesitating after paying g 4 grand for all that. Thankfully I have an extended warranty but still had to pay the 250 deductible and any labor that the warranty company didn't pay. I won't buy another one.
Above average. It is German so you need to service it on time and make sure the previous owner took care of it. i follow my service schedule to the letter and it has been good however a Rav4 or CRV is more reliable but they are also ugly, slow, and drive like minivans.
@@radeefm7164 I bought a 2012 Highline, but they didn't notice that it was actually a Highline. Got it Jan 2021, best car I've ever driven. Paid $10,000 with warranty. Had 140k
